EcoFlow Fall Sale T&C:
1. Campaign Period: The EcoFlow Fall Sale runs from October 1, 2023, 00:00 a.m. PDT, to October 9, 2023, 11:59 p.m. PDT.

2. Eligibility of Participants: This campaign is open to all citizens of the United States who are at least 18 years old before October 1, 2023.

Activity Mechanism:

3. Flash Sale EcoFlow will launch Flash Sale products on the Fall Sale promotion page (ca.ecoflow.com/pages/fall-sale) at 9 a.m. PDT on October 3, 6, and 9, 2023.

a. Flash Sale products are only available for 6 hours. Events will occur on October 3, 6, and 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.

b. Each person is limited to two Flash Sale product purchases.

c. Flash Sale products are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

d. All coupon codes can't be applied to flash sale products.

Gift with Purchase

4. During the EcoFlow Fall Sale from October 1 to October 9, customers who place orders with a subtotal value between $2500 and $5499 will receive a free EcoFlow Camping Chair.

a. The order price referred to here is the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order price also includes tax. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart is correct. The final subtotal price may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used.

b. Please note that Flash Sale deals and Gift Card deals are not calculated in the value amount needed to claim a Free Gift with Purchase.

c. Each order is limited to one gift.

d. When placing an order on the official website and meeting the conditions, the gift will be automatically added to the generated order.

e. The gifts offered during the EcoFlow Fall Sale are only available on the EcoFlow official website (ca.ecoflow.com) and the official Amazon platform store. Amazon Store: EcoFlow Inc-CA

f. For gifts obtained on Amazon during the Fall Sale promotion, please refer to the detailed rules of the above-mentioned Amazon official store.

g. The gifts offered during the EcoFlow Fall Sale are non-stackable, non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

h. When applying for a refund, orders placed during the EcoFlow Fall Sale promotion will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. The gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund can not be processed.

5. Discount with Purchase During the EcoFlow Fall Sale promotion period (October 1 to October 9, 2023), customers who place an order with a subtotal value of over $5,500 will automatically receive a $500 discount.

a. The order price referred to here is the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order price also includes tax. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart is correct. The final subtotal price may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used.

b. This discount can't be stacked with coupons.

c. Customers can choose between purchase-related discounts, other available discounts, or any other benefits they prefer to use. However, when another benefit is entered on the checkout page, the purchase-related discounts will be deactivated or no longer apply.

d. The discounts offered during the EcoFlow Fall Sale are only available on the EcoFlow official website (ca.ecoflow.com/pages/fall-sale).

6. Gift Card

During the EcoFlow Fall Sale (October 1 to October 9, 2023), pay $1,200 to receive a gift card worth $1,400.

a. The total number of gift cards is limited to 100. Even if the allotted gift cards are not sold out, the gift cards will end up being sold, and no price guarantee service will be provided.

b. Customers need to purchase the gift card before they can use it to spend, and the amount of the purchased gift card is not involved in any full discount or gift promotion.

c. This gift card is valid for the minimum duration required by applicable laws, can only be purchased during the EcoFlow Fall Sale, and can only be used on the EcoFlow official website.

d. Limited to one gift card per customer.

e. Gift cards are available for all products, excluding flash sale products.

7. Membership Benefits

Only when purchasing exclusive products on the official website can they receive Double EcoCredits. No such benefits will be available for purchasing other products.

a. Exclusive products include RIVER 2 PRO + 220W Portable Solar Panel + RIVER 2 PRO Bag + Free Solar to XT60i Charging Cable, WAVE 2 + WAVE 2 Add-on Battery +160W Portable Solar Panel

b. The additional Double EcoCredits will be credited to the member's account and the original EcoCredits after receiving the order.

d. If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn

8. 30-day Price Match Guarantee

During the EcoFlow Fall Sale, orders placed on the official website will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee service. Suppose a lower price is found on the official website within 30 days of placing the order (excluding Flash Sale products). In that case, customers can apply for a refund of the price difference. (Other channels, such as Amazon, can not be used to claim a lower price on the official website for a refund.)

9. All coupons are subject to usage conditions

a. Available for all products, excluding flash sale products

b. Limited to one coupon per order

13. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

14. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make this campaign's final and ultimate interpretation.

15. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.

16. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

17. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

18. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

19. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

20. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

21. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this campaign.

22. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
