Promotion Periods
The EcoFlow TITAN Series Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") consists of two periods:
Early-Bird Period: From 07:00 AM PDT on Oct 13, 2026, through 11:59 PM PST on Nov 2, 2026.
Launch Sales Period: From 12:00 AM PST on Nov 3, 2026, through 11:59 PM PST on Dec 31, 2026.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older at the start of the Promotion Period (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.

A. Benefit 1: $50 TITAN Coupon
a. From Oct 13 to Nov 2, 2026 PST, customers who purchase a $50 TITAN Coupon will receive:
• 5% OFF eligible EcoFlow TITAN Series products when completing their purchase from Nov 3 to Dec 31, 2026 PST.
• A FREE TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) Valued $349.99 CAD with a qualifying TITAN Series order from Nov 3 to Dec 31
The $50 payment cannot be applied toward, deducted from, or credited toward any TITAN Series purchase.
b. Customers will receive a coupon confirmation email after completing the coupon purchase.
* Customers must sign in to the same EcoFlow account used to purchase the coupon when completing their eligible TITAN Series purchase between Nov 3 and Dec 31, 2026 PST to receive the coupon benefits.
c. The TITAN Coupon is non-transferable and may only be used by the customer who purchased the coupon through the same EcoFlow account.
d. The 5% coupon discount will be automatically applied at checkout to eligible TITAN Series products.
e. The FREE TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) Valued $349.99 CAD will be automatically included in the qualifying order for eligible customers who purchased a qualifying coupon and complete an eligible TITAN Series purchase from Nov 3 to Dec 31, 2026 PST.
f. One coupon entitles the customer to one FREE TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) Valued $349.99 CAD. The 5% coupon discount may be applied to multiple eligible TITAN Series products within the same order.
g. Customers who purchase multiple coupons are entitled to one FREE TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) per coupon. To redeem multiple TRAIL 300 DC, separate qualifying orders must be placed by following the instructions provided in the coupon confirmation email. Purchasing multiple TITAN Coupons does not increase the 5% discount or allow the discounts to be combined. The FREE EcoFlow TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. If the promotional TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) is no longer available, EcoFlow may substitute them with promotional product(s) of equal or greater retail value, subject to availability.
h. The 5% coupon discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, coupon codes, or other coupon discounts.
i. The coupon discount applies only to TITAN Series products and bundles that include a TITAN Series main unit. The coupon discount does not apply to standalone accessories, standalone add-on batteries, standalone Smart Home Panel 10 products, installation services, taxes, shipping fees, or other excluded items unless otherwise specified.
*The $50 TITAN Coupon payment is non-refundable from 07:00 AM PDT on Oct 13, 2026, through 11:59 PM PST on Dec 31, 2026. If a customer does not complete a qualifying TITAN Series purchase by 11:59 PM PST on Dec 31, 2026, the $50 payment will be refunded to the original payment method after the Launch Period ends. Refunds may be processed on a rolling basis after the Launch Period ends.
j. If a qualifying TITAN Series order is canceled or returned, the FREE TRAIL 300 DC (288Wh) included in the order must also be returned. The $50 TITAN Coupon payment will be refunded to the original payment method together with the refund for the returned TITAN Series order.
B. Benefit 2: Up to 12 Months Interest-Free Financing
From Nov 3 to Dec 31, 2026 PST, eligible EcoFlow TITAN Series orders qualify for up to 12 months at 0% APR through available financing providers.
• Financing approval and eligibility are subject to the financing provider's credit review and applicable terms and conditions. Not all customers will qualify for 0% APR financing or a 12-month financing term.
• Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. C. Benefit 3: 60-Day Price Match Guarantee

B. If a lower price for the identical product is offered on ca.EcoFlow.com within 60 days of the order date, excluding flash sale and members-only prices, Participants may contact support@EcoFlow.com to request a price adjustment.
C. For orders that include free gifts, the price adjustment amount will be calculated after deducting the value of the free gift from the price difference.
D. The Price Match Guarantee applies only to purchases made on ca.EcoFlow.com. The lower price must be for the identical product offered on ca.EcoFlow.com.
E. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained, except as required by applicable law. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
K. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, as permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors, except as required by applicable law.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including, but not limited to, eligibility determinations and rule interpretations) arising from or in connection with the promotion.
N. In the event of a price match request, EcoFlow's official pricing history and promotional records shall prevail in determining eligibility for price matching. Screenshots, browser displays, or any customer-provided materials are for reference only and shall not be considered conclusive evidence.
O. All matters relating to this promotion and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of British Columbia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. • TITAN: Keep your home comfortable and manage energy every day. It supports 120V/240V appliances, including compatible 3-ton central air conditioners, with 7.2kW output and up to 4kW solar input. Pair it with SHP10 for AC coupling.
• TITAN Plus: Get the fullest TITAN experience. Building on TITAN's capabilities, Plus offers up to 8kW of total solar input across two inputs, greater power capacity on a single 120V leg, and up to 10kW output when battery and solar work together. It's designed for households with more demanding appliances and greater solar energy needs.
All three start at 5kWh and let you add battery capacity as needed. For additional uses such as EV charging, choose your setup based on the specific charging equipment and connection requirements.
This approach lets you keep your existing panels and inverter while adding storage and energy management. You don't have to start by replacing your solar system. Your installer will confirm the appropriate connection setup.
It's a way to expand around the system you already own. Wanting more storage doesn't have to mean replacing your entire setup. The connection design will depend on your existing equipment and home configuration.
Through AC coupling, everyday energy management can serve your home beyond the selected circuits protected during an outage. That means the system can put your solar energy and lower-cost electricity to work even when the grid is running normally.
If your utility offers time-of-use rates, TITAN or TITAN Plus with the appropriate home connection setup can also charge during lower-cost hours and discharge during higher-cost hours to reduce peak-rate purchases. If you pay the same rate throughout the day, focus first on the backup protection it can provide.
With SHP10, you can connect up to 10 selected household circuits for automatic backup, helping keep essentials such as air conditioning, refrigeration, and lighting powered. TITAN Classic is designed for 120V essentials such as refrigerators, lights, and communications equipment. The appliances you run together need to stay within your model's operating and startup power capabilities.
Start with the backup you need today, then add stored energy as your household's needs change. Expansion batteries require the appropriate connection cables, sold separately. Adding batteries increases stored energy and runtime capacity; it does not change the main unit's rated output power.
Adding SHP10 connects TITAN to up to 10 selected household circuits for automatic backup and circuit management. TITAN and TITAN Plus can also use AC coupling for everyday home energy management. You can start by powering appliances directly or choose a setup that connects to your home's circuits.
You can hire your own qualified local installer and provide the relevant installation guide. TITAN's modular design and SHP10's prewired construction reduce the assembly work your electrician needs to complete on-site.
When TITAN is used on its own with appliances connected directly, its EPS function switches to battery power within 10ms of a utility power interruption. The standalone unit and the TITAN + SHP10 system have different transfer times.
A conventional rooftop solar system connected to the grid shuts down during an outage for anti-islanding protection, so it cannot continue charging TITAN through that existing connection. For solar recharging during an outage, use panels connected directly to TITAN's solar input.
Storm mode adds another layer of preparation. When enabled, it starts charging the battery to 100% ahead of a supported severe weather event detected by the system, helping you prepare for a possible outage.
TITAN main units carry UL 2743, UL 1973, and UL 9540 certifications; TITAN Battery 5kWh carries UL 1973 certification. The equipment is suitable for homes and garages that meet its placement requirements: a dry, ventilated indoor location within the specified temperature range.
