Connected Equipment Guarantee for EcoFlow Portable Power Stations
Warranty in General
EcoFlow ("we", "our", "us") offers a limited Connected Equipment Guarantee ("CEG") exclusively for specific models of EcoFlow Portable Power Station. The product must be purchased from EcoFlow or an EcoFlow authorized reseller and be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. This Guarantee shall not be valid if the limited warranty for the Ecoflow product expires. Warranty period of Ecoflow products can be found at https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/warranty-policy.
EcoFlow reserves the right to update, amend, and/or revise the terms of this CEG at any time.
This guarantee is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States.

Dollar Limits of the Connected Equipment Guarantee
Each Occurrence: USD 200,000 max
Qualifying Conditions for Connected Equipment Coverage
The Connected Equipment Guarantee (CEG) is subject to the following conditions:
- The CEG is valid only for the original purchaser of the EcoFlow portable power station.
- The connected equipment must be Underwriter Laboratories (UL) listed.
- The connected equipment must be properly connected to an EcoFlow portable power station via its AC output to a properly wired and grounded electrical outlet or power source.
- The connected equipment must be an AC-connected device.
- The EcoFlow portable power station must be directly connected to a grounded electrical outlet or power source without the use of extension cords or adapters, unless specified in EcoFlow's user manual.
- The electrical outlet or power source must comply with all applicable electrical and safety regulations, including but not limited to the National Electrical Code ("NEC"), Canadian Electrical Code (CE Code), and any local codes.
- The EcoFlow portable power station must be used in accordance with EcoFlow's installation instructions and user manuals.
- Any claim under this CEG must be made within 10 days of the date of damage to the equipment.
- The CEG covers only standard indoor equipment in dry areas. The EcoFlow portable power station must not be used with a generator, heater, sump pump, water-related device, life support device, medical device, car, motorcycle, or golf-cart battery charger unless explicitly permitted by EcoFlow.
What is Not Covered Under This Connected Equipment Guarantee
The following are explicitly excluded from coverage under the CEG:
- Damage to electronic equipment resulting from transient voltage surges on unprotected wires or lines.
- Restoration of lost data and/or reinstallation of software.
- Damage caused by acts of God, war, vandalism, theft, normal wear-and-tear, depletion, obsolescence, abnormal care or use, abuse, or negligence.
- Damage caused by modification or alteration to the EcoFlow portable power station or the connected equipment.
- Damage caused by accidents, fires, or natural disasters such as floods, erosion, earthquakes, wind, or direct lightning.
- Damage caused by lack of grounding or improper electrical setup.
- Damage caused by low-voltage disturbances (e.g., brownouts or sags).
- Damage to equipment covered under a manufacturer's warranty or seller's extended warranty.
- Damage where EcoFlow determines that the connected equipment was not used under normal operating conditions or in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the connected device.
- Damage from the connection to medical equipment.
- EcoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the EcoFlow portable power station, including but not limited to losses due to loss of software, cost of substitute equipment, facilities, or services, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or claims of third parties, including customers and insurance companies.
Medical Device Disclaimer
EcoFlow expressly excludes coverage under the Connected Equipment Guarantee for any damage, malfunction, or liability arising from the connection of this product to medical equipment, including but not limited to:
- Life-sustaining medical devices (e.g., hospital-grade CPAP, ECMO, ventilators), which this product is not designed to power.
- Interference with medical implants or personal medical equipment (e.g., pacemakers, cochlear implants, defibrillators) caused by electromagnetic fields generated during operation.
- Damage resulting from voltage surges, improper electrical setup, low-voltage disturbances, or failure to comply with the medical equipment manufacturer's guidelines for external power sources.
- Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., treatment delays, data loss, third-party claims) due to medical equipment malfunctions.
By connecting this product to any medical device, you assume all risks and forfeit warranty coverage. Consult the medical equipment manufacturer prior to use to verify compatibility and safety requirements. EcoFlow disclaims all liability for non-compliance with this disclaimer.
Claim Process
To file a CEG claim:
- Notify EcoFlow: Contact customer support within 10 days of the incident via support@ecoflow.com or +1 (800)-368-8604.

Submit Documentation:
- Proof of purchase for both the EcoFlow product and Connected Equipment.
- Photos of the damaged equipment and installation environment.
- Technical specifications of the Connected Equipment (e.g., power ratings, manufacturer details).
- Return for Inspection: Ship the EcoFlow product and Connected Equipment (if requested) to an authorized service center. Customers bear shipping costs unless otherwise determined by EcoFlow.
Remedies
If a claim is received and the Product is determined to be covered under this Guarantee, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Repair/Replacement: EcoFlow will repair or replace the Connected Equipment with functionally equivalent items.
- Refund: If repair/replacement is not feasible, a refund up to the original purchase price of the Connected Equipment may be issued.
- Limitation of Liability: EcoFlow's total liability under CEG shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the Connected Equipment's market value or (b) $5,000 USD per claim.
Legal Disclaimers
- Non-Insurance: CEG is a service contract, not an insurance policy. It does not replace commercial insurance coverage.
- Statutory Rights: This guarantee does not diminish consumer rights under applicable laws.
- Transferability: CEG benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
