The EcoFlow Members' Festival Sale promotion (hereinafter referrred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on April 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on April 21, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a validshipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.who are 18 years or older as of April 1, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
3. Membership Benefits
A. Multiple EcoCredits
During the Promotion Period, members who purchase froim ca.ecoflow.com will receive 2X EcoCredits, while Plus members will receive 3X EcoCredits. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.
B. Limited-time Member Prices

ii. Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day pricematch guarantee.
C. EcoCredits earned

4. Free Gift Order
A. Eligibility and Exclusions
During the promotion period, for members who place a single order of CAD $600 or more will receive one EcoFlow Foldable Handtruck. A total of 213 sets are available for this offer. For all customers (members and non‑members) who place a single order of CAD $3,000 or more will receive one EcoFlow NextGen 220W Portable Solar Panel, while supplies last. This offer applies to all products except Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, APP-only selections.
B. Quantity Limitation
Each customer account is eligible for a maximum of one (1) promotional gift offer during the Promotion Period. Such gift will be granted with the first qualifying order only. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple orders or orders containing multiple items shall not entitle the customer to additional promotional gifts, unless otherwise expressly stated.
C. Gift Fulfillment and Delivery
Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.EcoFlow.com). All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order. Free gifts may be shipped together with the main product or separately at EcoFlow’s sole discretion.
D. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
E. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price).

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its stated retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale

E. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be

F. Once a coupon has been successfully redeemed, it cannot be removed, reinstated, reissued, or redeemed for cash.
G. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted
from the return credit.
H. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

D. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify any participant in cases of fraud or abuse.
E. All orders placed during the promotion must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
F. EcoFlow is not responsible for any delays, failures, losses, or other consequences arising from (i) circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network transmission failures, or (ii) inaccurate or incomplete information provided by participants.
G. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with this promotion, even if EcoFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
H. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims arising out of or in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to claims based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal or equitable grounds.
I. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
J. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption, including but not limited to cases where:

2. it does not comply with our Terms of Use;
