1. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of February 9, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.
Employees of EcoFlow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
2. 5% Off Discount
Apply code EFAFF5 at checkout to receive 5% off your order with no minimum purchase requirement.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with other coupons or point redemptions for cash, and does not apply to flash sale items, Power Kits, gift cards, app-only selections, or any products displayed as “Recommended Accessories” on the checkout page.
3. Accessory Discount - Get 2+ Items for 10% Off Instantly
A. Customers who purchase two (2) eligible accessories in a single order will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the subtotal of the eligible accessories only. Other items in the order that are not part of this section will not be included in the calculation of this discount.
B. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupons.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
D. Refund Calculation Rules:
a. If 2+ items remain after return
- The remaining items will keep the 10% discount.
- Refund amount = the discounted price of the returned item (i.e., original price × 90%).
b. If fewer than 2 items remain after return
- The remaining items will revert to their original price (the 10% discount will be revoked).
- Refund amount = the discounted price of the returned item minus the discount difference of the remaining items (i.e., original price of remaining items × 10%).
c. Additional Recommendation Details
- By completing the purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that if the discount threshold is no longer met due to returns, the discount will be recalculated and adjusted accordingly: 1. If the discount threshold is no longer met after return, the system will automatically adjust the payment amount for the remaining items, and the overpaid portion will be deducted from the refund. 2. If the customer returns all items, a full refund will be issued based on the total discounted price of all items.
Discount Code Usage Rules
- Only one discount code may be applied per order.
- Discount codes EFAFF5 and Accessory Discount cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional codes.
- Codes are valid only during the Promotion Period specified in 2026.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion as permitted by applicable law.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law， EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion in accordance with applicable law.
