1. Promotional Period
The Ecoflow Winter Storm Sale (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on January 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on January 28, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all C.A. residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of January 16, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.
Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
3. Membership Benefits
A. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Log in

B. Member points redeemable for cash up to 5% off
Members may redeem their existing EcoCredits for up to 5% off the order total(EcoCredits redemption cannot be combined with coupons or the mechanism of full discount and free gift). For more details, please refer to the EcoCredits Rules on the official website https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/ecocredits
C. Subscription Benefits
All subscribing users will receive a subscription coupon package with benefits of "5% OFF and over $1000 discount on orders over $10,000". Notably, the discount codes included in the package shall not be stackable for combined use (details subject to email notification). The campaign prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
D. Limited-time Member Prices
i. Some products enjoy member prices on the Sale promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.
ii. Limited-time members-only prices do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
4. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

5. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended accessories, Member-only products, App-exclusive items, Gift Cards, RAPID Series, and DELTA Pro Ultra X Series. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (12:00 AM PST on January 16, 2026 - 11:59 PM PST on January 28, 2026) and while supplies last.
To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
G. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
H. Only one coupon code can be applied to an order, and such benefit cannot be used with the Extra Discount as defined above.
6. General Terms

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
