1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Prime Day Big Deals promotion(hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 26, 2026. For the applicable period of Flash Sale offers, please refer to Section 5: Limited-Time Flash Sale.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of June 23 2026 PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.
3. Membership Benefits
1. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Logging In

3. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

4. Subscription Bonus
1. The Subscription Bonus Campaign period (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 26, 2026. Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
2. Participation
1. Participants can subscribe by filling in their email address in the Subscription Bonus section on the event page. Subscribing successfully grants a Lucky Draw entry. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects. The lucky draw results will be emailed exclusively to the winners.
2. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Promotion, and a purchase will not increase chances of winning.
3. Maximum one entry per entrant and per email address per campaign. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible.
3. Prize Pool Settings: The quantity and details of prizes in the activity prize pool are as follows. The winners of the prizes will be randomly selected. 4. Winner Notification & Prize Redemption
1. Winners will be notified via their registered email addresses.
2. Winners must complete address verification within 7 working days of receiving the notification; failure to do so will forfeit the prize. Prize shipment will occur within 15 working days after address confirmation.
3. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5. Delivery Restrictions: All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order. Delivery is not available to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, or any regions subject to local delivery restrictions.

5. Limited-Time Flash Sale
1. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the Prime Day Sale promotion page (https://ca.EcoFlow.com/pages/prime-day).

2. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased after the Flash Sale ends are not eligible for price matching.
3. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the entire flash sale. If there is any information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number, etc.) of two or more orders matches in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed as placed by the same individual and the accounts placing the orders will be considered as controlled by the same individual. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts who violates the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
4. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
6. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
1. Orders placed on ca.EcoFlow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
2. If a lower price is found on ca.EcoFlow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@EcoFlow.com for a price adjustment.
3. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
4. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.EcoFlow.com only. The lower price must be for the identical product on ca.EcoFlow.com.
5. This price match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantity items, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers.
7. Refer Your Friends
1. When your referred friend ("Referees", Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
2. Referees will receive a 5% off coupon valid on selected EcoFlow products. The coupon cannot be combined with other discounts and is not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, Power Kits, gift cards, APP-Only items, and all DELTA 3 Classic, DELTA 3 Plus, DELTA 3 Max, and DELTA 3 Ultra Plus products.
3. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
4. The Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Referrer alone to obtain Qualified Referrals; Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
5. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
6. If the referrer and referee share the same IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

8. Coupon Terms
1. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, APP-only selections, and DELTA Pro Ultra standalone units.
2. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
3. Coupons are valid only for customers in Canada and may only be used onca.EcoFlow.com.
4. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
5. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
6. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

5. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

7. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion

12. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
13. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
