Promotion Period
The EcoFlow New Year promotion starts at 12:00 am (PST) on January 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on January 8, 2025(Promotional Period). Corresponding times in other Canada time zones are as follows: Mountain Standard Time (MST) from 1:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 12:59 AM on January 9, 2025; Central Standard Time (CST) from 2:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 1:59 AM on January 9, 2025; Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 3:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 2:59 AM on January 9, 2025; Atlantic Standard Time (AST) from 4:00 AM on January 1, 2025, to 3:59 AM on January 9, 2025; and Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) from 4:30 AM on January 1, 2025, to 3:29 AM on January 9, 2025. Please be advised that Daylight Saving Time adjustments are not reflected in these times.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all Canadian citizens who have a valid shipping address in mainland Canada and who are 18 years of age or older on January 1, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants").

1. Free Gift Offer
During the Promotional Period, orders valued between $1,500-3,499, you can enjoy a free Camping Light; for orders valued equal to or greater than $3,500, you can enjoy a free 160W Portable Solar Panel.

(a)Each order is eligible for one free gift only. Flash sale items are not eligible for this offer.

(b)Free gifts are non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

(c)The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., the subtotal). If the item's original price includes tax, the order value will also include tax.

(d)Free gifts are only available for orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com). After qualifying conditions are met, the free gift will automatically be added to the order.

(e)If the main product is returned for a refund, the gift must also be returned, or the customer will be charged the value of gift.The refunded amount will be based on the actual payment made for the order during the EcoFlow New Year Sale period.

2. Limited-Time Flash Sale
EcoFlow will release flash sale items on the New Year Sale promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/new-year-sale-2025) on January 3rd, January 6, 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM.

(a)Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours only. Once they are sold out, they will no longer be available. If items are still available after 24 hours, the flash sale will end, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

(b)Each person is limited to purchasing two items from the flash sale.If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

(c)Flash sale items are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com between Promotional Period, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

(a)If a lower price (excluding flash sale items) is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days after the purchase, customers can contact support@ecoflow.com to apply for a price adjustment.

(b)Price match adjustments will account for the value of any free gifts or promotional items received as part of the original purchase. The value of such gifts will be deducted from the price match calculation. If the free gift's value surpasses the price difference, no price adjustment will be granted.

(c)When conducting price matching, we will take into account the value of any gifts and promotional items included in the original purchase, as well as the discount value obtained through the referral program. These values will be deducted from the price matching calculation. If the value of the free gifts or referral program discounts exceeds the price difference, then the purchase does not qualify for price matching.

(d)This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on ca.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

4. Coupon Terms

(a)Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items and recommended accessories, gift cards and power kit series.

(b)Customers can choose between discounts related to the purchase, other available discounts, or any other offers they prefer. However, if any other discounts are entered at checkout, the related purchase discount will be disabled or will no longer apply.Coupons can only be used during New Year Promotion.

(c)This offer is valid only for customers in the U.S. and Canada.

5. Membership Benefits

(a)From Promotional Period, customers who purchase items from the "Web Exclusive" section of the New Year Sale page on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com) will earn double membership points.

(b)After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

(c)EcoCredits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on ca.ecoflow.com. Every 20 EcoCredits can reduce the payment amount by $1, with a minimum of 100 EcoCredits required for redemption. The maximum redemption amount is 5% of the product's price.

(d)Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.

6. Referral Program

(a)From January 1, 2025 to January 8, 2025, referral of a new user to successfully place an order on the official website ca.ecoflow.com with the first order amount of not less than CAD $299, the referrer will receive a 5% off coupon. This cash rebate is capped at $500 per order.

(b)Those who are invited and successfully place an order on the official website ca.ecoflow.com will receive a 5% discount, which cannot be combined with any discount code on the promotion page.

(c)This offer cannot be stacked with the discount code on the event page.

(d)This program follows the terms outlined in the EcoFlow Referral Program (https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/referral).

7. Check-in Campaign

The Check-in Campaign runs from January 3rd, 12:00 AM, to January 8th, 11:59 PM. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.

- Eligibility

This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in Canada who are 18 years or older as of January 1, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").

- EcoCredits Rewards:

(a)Daily Check-in Reward: Participants will receive 100 EcoCredits for each successful check-in.

(b)Consecutive Check-in Bonus: Participants who complete 5 consecutive check-ins will receive an additional 500 EcoCredits.

(c)Maximum Points Limit: A maximum of 1,100 EcoCredits may be earned during the campaign period (January 3–8).

- Eligibility for Additional Check-in Opportunities:

Participants who miss a scheduled check-in may redeem 100 points by selecting the “Make up for Check-in” option to receive one additional check-in opportunity.

- Limitations on Additional Check-in Opportunities:

(a)Each participant is eligible for only one make-up check-in opportunity within any 24-hour period.

(b)During the promotional period from January 3 through January 8, participants may redeem a maximum of two additional check-in opportunities.

- EcoCredits Validity:

EcoCredits earned through check-ins will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

- EcoCredits Redemption:

EcoCredits may be redeemed for discount coupons. For full details regarding redemption rules, please refer to the terms & conditions available on the EcoCredits page.

(b)Delivery services are unavailable for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details.

(c)EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Any fraud or abuse related to the promotion can result in disqualification.

(d)By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be accepted. EcoFlow reserves the right for final interpretation of this promotion.

(e)All orders during the promotion must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.(https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/return-refund-policy.)

(f)This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

(g)Any unauthorized or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

(h)Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(i)EcoFlow reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, or modify the promotion at any time. Any changes will be announced on EcoFlow's official website.

(j)All prizes in this promotion are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any unresolved matters will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

(k)EcoFlow is not responsible for any delays caused by reasons including but not limited to network transmission failures.

(l)EcoFlow will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages caused by any act or omission related to the promotion.

(m)Participants agree to hold EcoFlow harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of this promotion, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, or any legal claims related to participation in the promotion.
