Promotion Period:

The EcoFlow New Year Sale Promotion will start at 12:00 AM (PST) on January 9, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM (PST) on January 22, 2025(Promotional Period).Corresponding times in other Canada time zones for the period from January 9, 2025, to January 22, 2025, are as follows: Mountain Standard Time (MST) from 1:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 12:59 AM on January 23, 2025; Central Standard Time (CST) from 2:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 1:59 AM on January 23, 2025; Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 3:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 2:59 AM on January 23, 2025; Atlantic Standard Time (AST) from 4:00 AM on January 9, 2025, to 3:59 AM on January 23, 2025; and Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) from 4:30 AM on January 9, 2025, to 3:29 AM on January 23, 2025. Please be advised that Daylight Saving Time adjustments are not reflected in these times.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all citizens residing in the continental United States with a valid shipping address who are 18 years of age or older as of January 9, 2025 ("Participants").

1.Discounts
During the Promotional Period, customers with order values ranging from $1,500 and $3,499 will receive a 5% discount; those with orders of $3,500 or more will receive a 7% discount.

(a)Each order is eligible for a one-time additional discount.

(b)The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

(c)Flash sale items, recommended accessories, gift cards and power kit series are not eligible for the discount.

(d)The order value refers to the pre-tax price (subtotal). If the item price includes tax, the order value will include tax. 

(e)Additional discounts during the EcoFlow New Year Sale are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash.

(f)Additional discounts are only available on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com) platform stores.

(g)Eligible orders will automatically apply the additional discount at checkout on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com).

(h)According to EcoFlow’s return policy (ca.ecoflow.com), orders placed during EcoFlow's New Year's Sale are eligible for a refund based on the actual payment amount.

2.Limited Flash Sales
EcoFlow will release Flash sale items on January 12 and January 16, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM PST on the New Year Sale page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/new-year-sale-2025).

(a)Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (PST). Once sold out, the sale ends. If stock remains after 24 hours, the sale will be discontinued, and no price protection will be offered.

(b)Flash sale items are limited to two per person.If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

(c)Flash sale items are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3.30-Day Price Match Guarantee
Orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com) between Promotional Period, are eligible for a 30-day price match.

(a)If a lower price is found within 30 days after purchase (excluding Flash sale items), customers can contact support@ecoflow.com to apply for a price adjustment.

(b)When conducting price matching, we will take into account the value of any gifts and promotional items included in the original purchase, as well as the discount value obtained through the referral program. These values will be deducted from the price matching calculation. If the value of the free gifts or referral program discounts exceeds the price difference, then the purchase does not qualify for price matching.

(c)This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on ca.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, referral program, discounts, flash sales, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

4.Coupon Terms

(a)Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash sale items, recommended accessories, gift cards and power kit series.

(b)Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons can only be used during the New Year Promotional Period.

5.Membership Benefits
Between Promotional Period, customers who purchase items from the "Web Exclusive" section of the New Year Sale page on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com) will earn double membership points.

(a)Additional membership points will be automatically credited to the customer's account after the order is delivered.

(b)Membership points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at EcoFlow’s official website (us.ecoflow.com). For every 20 points, you can get a $1 discount.

(c)A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem, with a maximum discount of 8% of the product’s value.

(d)Points redemption cannot be combined with the discount structure mentioned above.

(e)Flash sale items and related accessories are not eligible for the points redemption program.

6.Referral Program
From Promotional Period, customers who successfully refer new users on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com) will receive a reward:

(a)From Promotional Period, in case of a sucessful referral of a new user to successfully place an order on the official website ca.ecoflow.com with the first order amount of not less than US$299, the referrer will receive a 5% cash back. This cash rebate is capped at $500 per order.

(b)Those who are invited and successfully place an order on the official website ca.ecoflow.com will receive a 5% off coupon, which cannot be combined with any discount code on the promotion page.

(c)This offer cannot be stacked with the discount code on the event page.

7. General Terms

(a)For any issues during the promotion, customers can contact support@ecoflow.com.

(b)Delivery services are unavailable in island regions, including Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

(c)EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, as permitted by law. We also reserve the right to disqualify any customer engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

(d)All orders during the promotion must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy(https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/return-refund-policy)

(e)Participants agree to abide by these terms and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No appeals will be accepted.

(f)This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

(g)Any unauthorized or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the promotion.

(h)Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(i)EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or modify the promotion at any time. Any changes will be posted on EcoFlow's official website.

(j)EcoFlow is not responsible for any delays caused by network issues or other reasons.

(k)EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from participation in the promotion.

(l)Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any liability, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal claims related to participation in this promotion.
