1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Prepare Before Hurricane Season Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 7, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of June 1, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
3. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are vaalid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommendeed accessories, Power Kits, Gift cards, app-only selections. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (12:00 AM PDT on June 1, 2026 -11:59 PM PDT on June7, 2026)
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at cheeckout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-irelated discounts, or other available offers. In avoidance of any doubt, purchase-related discounts will nolonger apply when another discount is used at checkout and coupons may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers or discounts
C. Coupons are valid only for Canadian customers and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for anyother item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot bbe cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, thecoupon discount or value may be subtracted from the returncredit.
G. Coupons are void as restricted or prohibited by law.
4. Affirm Installment Payment
Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. Payment options depend on your purchase amount, may vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Actual payment option terms will be shown at checkout. A down payment (or a payment due today) may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as payment methods for repayment plans. B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation subject to applicable law.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
N. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
O. To the extent permitted by applicable law, We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made
1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon;
2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use;
3) that violates any applicable law; or
4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
