C. Each qualifying order is eligible for one (1) free gift only. If an order qualifies for both Free Gift Offers, the customer will receive only the applicable higher-tier free gift. The Free Gift Offers cannot be combined with each other.
D. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
E. The order value is based on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and handling fees) before taxes. However, where product prices are tax-inclusive, the order value will be based on the tax-inclusive subtotal.
F. The free gift offer is exclusively available on EcoFlow's official website (ca.EcoFlow.com). Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders.
G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. 4. Limited-Time Flash Sale
A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the Prime Day Fall Sale page.
Flash Sale dates and times are subject to change. Please refer to the Promotion Page for the most up-to-date schedule.
B. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased after the Flash Sale ends are not eligible for price matching.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two items in total across all Flash Sale products during the Flash Sale period.  If any information (name, ID, email address, shipping address, phone number, etc.) matches across two or more orders in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed to have been placed by the same individual, and the accounts placing the orders will be considered to be controlled by the same individual. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
5. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (a "Referee", Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299 (excluding shipping and handling fees). Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cashback rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Referees will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products. This coupon is not valid on Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, App-only selections, and the DELTA 3 Max series. Only one coupon may be used per order. The referral coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon or EcoCredits redemption unless expressly stated otherwise.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (the minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00, with no more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, circumstances beyond EcoFlow's reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a qualified referee are not counted as additional qualified referrals.
E. Referral links shared through or obtained from other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored. If the referrer and referee share the same IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.
