1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Spring Sale Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on March 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of March 5, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
3. Free Gift Order

Phase 1
The EcoFlow Spring Sale Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on March 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on March 10, 2026.
Phase 2
The EcoFlow Spring Sale Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on March 25, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2026.
- Eligible Products & Gifts
Phase 1
A. During the Promotion Period, all customers who purchase the DELTA 2 Portable Power Station will receive a free DELTA 2 Handbag. All customers who purchase the DELTA 3 Max Plus(2048Wh) will receive a free Folding Wagon Cart. All customers who purchase the DELTA 3 Ultra Portable Power Station(3072Wh) will receive a free Ecoflow Fisherman Hat.
B. Each qualifying order is eligible for one free gift only.
i.Each customer account is limited to one promotional gift during the Promotion Period. The gift will be provided with the first qualifying order placed under that account. Additional qualifying orders under the same account will not receive further promotional gifts. Free gifts may be shipped together with the main product or separately at EcoFlow’s discretion.
ii.If you place more than one order with us in the period the offer is running, you will only receive the gift for your first order, unless
otherwise stated.
iii. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.
C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price).
E. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying ordersplaced on EcoFlow's official website (ca.EcoFlow.com).

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Phase 2
A. During the Promotion Period, all customers who purchase the RIVER 3 Max Plus will receive a free RIVER Series Bag. All customers who purchase the DELTA Pro 3 Portable Power Station(UL9540 Certificated) will receive a free Ecoflow Portable Camping Chair. All customers who purchase the DELTA Pro Ultra Whole-Home Backup Power(UL 9540 Certificated) will receive a free Ecoflow Foldable Handtruck.

4. General Terms

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation subject to applicable law.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
N. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
O. To the extent permitted by applicable law, We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made
1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon;
2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use;
3) that violates any applicable law; or
4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
