Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Valentine's Day Sale promotion will begin at 12:00 AM PST on February 10, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM PST on February 23, 2025.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all Canadian citizens who have a valid shipping address in mainland Canada and who are 18 years of age or older on January 10, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants").

Extra Discounts

a.During the EcoFlow Valentine's Day Sale (February 10, 2025 - February 23, 2025), orders over $2000 will receive a $100 discount, which can be stacked. For example, orders over $4000 will receive a $200 discount.

b.Flash sale items and Recommended Accessories are not eligible for the discount.

c.The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

d.If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed.

24-Hr Limited-Time Flash Salea.EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM on February 12, 15, 19, and 22, 2025, on the Valentine's Day Sale Page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/valentine-day-sale).

b.Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

c.Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale.

d.Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

Membership

1. Limited-Time Ecocredits Redemption

You can use your points to redeem a selection of exclusive products available for members. Each ID is limited to one product.

a.EcoFlow RIVER 2 Portable Power Station is limited to 100 pieces, and 16,949 points are required to redeem it.

b.EcoFlow 4*125W Bifacial Solar Panel is limited to 100 pieces, and 61,949 points are required to redeem it.

c.EcoFlow RAPID 20W GaN Charger with 60W Cable has no quantity limits, and 3,099 points are required to redeem it.

2.Regular Membership Benefits

a.EcoCredits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on ca.ecoflow.com. Every 20 EcoCredits can reduce the payment amount by $1, with a minimum of 100 EcoCredits required for redemption. The maximum redemption amount is 5% of the product's price.

b.Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.

Referral Program

a.From February 10 to February 23, 2024, when a participant successfully invites a new user to register on ca.ecoflow.com, the invited user will receive a 5% discount, which cannot be combined with any discount codes from the promotion page.

b.The referring participant will receive a reward of 100 EcoCredits, with a monthly limit of 3000 points

.c.If the invited user completes an order within 30 days with a minimum order value of CAD $299, the referring participant will receive a 5% cashback on the order. This cashback is limited to CAD $500 per order.

d.This program follows the terms outlined in the EcoFlow Referral Program (https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/referral).

.c.EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Any fraud or abuse related to the promotion can result in disqualification.

d.By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be accepted. EcoFlow reserves the right for final interpretation of this promotion.

e.All orders during the promotion must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.

f.This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

g.Any unauthorized or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

h.Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

i.All prizes in this promotion are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any unresolved matters will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

j.EcoFlow is not responsible for any delays caused by reasons, including but not limited to network transmission failures.

k.EcoFlow will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages caused by any act or omission related to the promotion.

l.Participants agree to hold EcoFlow harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of this promotion, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, or any legal claims related to participation in the promotion.
