Promotion Period
This EcoFlow promotion starts at 12:00 am (PST) on January 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on February 8, 2025 (Promotional Period). Corresponding times in other Canada time zones are as follows: Mountain Standard Time (MST) from 1:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 12:59 AM on February 5, 2025; Central Standard Time (CST) from 2:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 1:59 AM on February 5, 2025; Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 3:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 2:59 AM on February 5, 2025; Atlantic Standard Time (AST) from 4:00 AM on January 23, 2025, to 3:59 AM on February 5, 2025; and Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) from 4:30 AM on January 23, 2025, to 3:29 AM on February 5, 2025. Please be advised that daylight saving time adjustments are not reflected in these times.

Eligibility
This promotion is open to all Canadian citizens who have a valid shipping address in mainland Canada and who are 18 years of age or older on January 23, 2025 (hereafter referred to as "Participants").

1.Accessories Discount

-During this Promotional Period, customers who purchase accessories on the sale page will receive a 15% discount.

- The event is limited to the accessories selections on the landing page; other items are excluded from this event.

- Accessories discounts cannot be stacked with the coupon code.

- The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

- EcoFlow's accessories discounts are available exclusively on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com). Place your order, and the discounted price will automatically apply once conditions are met.

- According to EcoFlow's return policy (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-return-policy), orders placed during the Promotional Period will be refunded based on the actual payment amount.

2. Limited-Time Flash Sale

-EcoFlow will release flash sale items on January 25, January 30, and February 5, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, on the Home Backup Sale promotion page (ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).

- Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales end when items are sold out or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. No 30-day price match guarantee applies to flash sale items.

- Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

3. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com during the Promotional Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

- If a lower price (excluding flash sale items) is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the purchase, customers can contact support@ecoflow.com to apply for a price adjustment.

- Price match adjustments will account for the value of any free gifts or promotional items received as part of the original purchase. The value of such gifts will be deducted from the price match calculation. If the free gift's value surpasses the price difference, no price adjustment will be granted.

- When conducting price matching, we will consider the value of any gifts and promotional items included in the original purchase, as well as the discount value obtained through the referral program. These values will be deducted from the price-matching calculation. If the value of the free gifts or referral program discounts exceeds the price difference, then the purchase does not qualify for price matching.

- This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. The lower-price products must be for identical products on ca.ecoflow.com. It does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, recommended accessories, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

4. Coupon Terms

- Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, 15% off accessories, recommended accessories, gift cards, and Power Kits Series.

- Customers can choose between discounts related to the purchase, other available discounts, or any other offers they prefer. However, if any other discounts are entered at checkout, the related purchase discount will be disabled or will no longer apply. Coupons can only be used during the Promotion.

5. Membership Benefits

- During the Promotional Period, customers who purchase Home Backup Solution products (DELTA Pro Ultra + Smart Home Panel 2 + Free Trolley, DELTA Pro + 2 × 220W Solar Panel + Transfer Switch, DELTA Pro 3 + 400W Solar Panel + Transfer Switch (306A), DELTA Pro Ultra + DELTA Pro Ultra Battery) on the Home Backup Sale promotion page(ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale) will earn triple membership points.

- After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. If the products are returned, the corresponding EcoCredits will also be deducted from the account.

- EcoCredits can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on ca.ecoflow.com. Every 20 EcoCredits can reduce the payment amount by $1, with a minimum of 100 EcoCredits required for redemption. The maximum redemption amount is 5% of the product's price.

-Membership points cannot be combined with discounts.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Any fraud or abuse related to the promotion can result in disqualification.

- By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be accepted. EcoFlow reserves the right to interpret this promotion in its final form.

- All orders during the promotion must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/return-refund-policy).

- This promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

- Any unauthorized or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- EcoFlow reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, or modify the promotion at any time. Any changes will be announced on EcoFlow's official website.

- All prizes in this promotion are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any unresolved matters will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

- EcoFlow is not responsible for any delays caused by reasons including but not limited to network transmission failures.

- EcoFlow will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages caused by any act or omission related to the promotion.

- Participants agree to hold EcoFlow harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of this promotion, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, or any legal claims related to participation in the promotion.
