Promotion Period
The EcoFlow Spring Sale promotion will begin at 12:00 AM PST on March 3, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM PDT on Mar 13, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all Canadian citizens who have a valid shipping address in mainland Canada and who are 18 years of age or older on March 3, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

Free Gifts

During the EcoFlow Spring Sale (March 3-13, 2025), orders with a value over $500 will receive a free 20W charger(value $21.99). All promotional gift(s) with purchase are on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last and limited to 800 pcs.

(a)Each order is eligible for one free gift only. Flash sale and member price items are not eligible for this offer.

(b)Free gifts are non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

(c)The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., the subtotal). If the item's original price includes tax, the order value will also include tax.

(d)Free gifts are only available for orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com). After qualifying conditions are met, the free gift will automatically be added to the order.

(f)If a refund is requested, the refunded amount will be based on the actual payment made for the order during the EcoFlow Holiday Sale period. The free gift must also be returned with the order; otherwise, the refund will not be processed.

24 Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale

(a)EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM(PST) to 11:59 PM(PST) on March 3, 6, 9, and 12, 2025, on the Spring Sale promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/spring-sale-2025).

(b)Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours only. Once they are sold out, they will no longer be available. If items are still available after 24 hours, the flash sale will end, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

(c)Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale.If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address,phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

(d)Flash sale items are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

(a)Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com between March 3 and March 13, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

(b)If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

(c)This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only.

(d)This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales,closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Terms

(a)Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items,member price items and recommended accessories.

(b)Customers can choose between discounts related to the purchase, other available discounts, or any other offers they prefer. However, if any other discounts are entered at checkout, the related purchase discount will be disabled or will no longer apply.

(c)This offer is valid only for customers in U.S. and Canada.

Membership Benefits

Limited-time Member Prices  

(a)Some products enjoy limited-time member prices from 3/4 -3/5, 3/7-3/8, 3/10-3/11, 2025, on the Spring Sale promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/spring-sale-2025). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.  

(b)Limited-time member price items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

(c)Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

Regular Membership Benefits  

(a)After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.  (b)Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.  (c)The products participating in the event cannot be price matched, cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

General Terms

(b)Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

(c)EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

(d)Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

(e)During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(f)This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

(g)Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

(h)Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(i)All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

(j)EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

(k)EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

(l)Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
