1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Prime Day Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 7, 2025.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of June 23, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").
3. Free Gift Offer
A. During the Promotion Period, members who place a single order over $600 will receive a free RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5000mAh) ($89.99). Additionally, for any customer (member or not), a single order over $2,500 will receive a free 110W Portable Solar Panel (value $499). All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order.
B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.
C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.
E. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com).
F. The free gift offer is exclusively available on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com). For Amazon purchases, please refer to the official Amazon store for applicable promotional policies. (Amazon store: EcoFlow Inc-CA)
G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Membership Benefits
A. Limited-time Member Prices
i. Some products enjoy member prices on the Sale promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-day). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.
ii. Limited-time members-only prices do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
5. General Terms
A. If you encounter any issues during the promotional period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.
B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
