1. TRAIL 200 DC Giveaway (Valid July 24–31, 2025 PDT)

1.1. The TRAIL 200 DC Giveaway is open to users who subscribe to the TRAIL DC Series between July 24 and July 31, 2025 (PDT).

1.2. During this period, products are available by subscription only and not for purchase.

1.3. No purchase required. One entry per email.

1.4. On August 1, 2025, EcoFlow will randomly select 5 winners, each receiving one (1) TRAIL 200 DC.

1.5. Winners will be announced on the TRAIL DC Series page and notified via email.

1.6. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn. 1.7. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Early Bird Discount & Free Gift Offer

2.1. The Early Bird launch discount is valid from August 1 to August 15, 2025 (PDT).

2.2. Starting August 16, 2025 (PDT), a free RAPID 65W GaN Charger (MSRP $69) will be included with every purchase of TRAIL 200 DC, TRAIL 300 DC, or TRAIL Plus 300 DC, including bundles.

2.3. Offer valid while supplies last, limited to 200 units per model.

2.4. This promotion cannot be combined with Flash Sales, coupons, or other offers, unless explicitly stated.

2.5. Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid for the order.

2.6. EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel any orders that exhibit malicious or abnormal purchasing behavior and may pursue legal action.

3. Coupon Terms

3.1. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits and recommended accessories.

3.2. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

3.3. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on www.ecoflow.us.com.

3.4. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

3.5. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

3.6. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

4. Multiple EcoCredits

4.1. Purchase the EcoFlow TRAIL DC Series or its bundles from ca.ecoflow.com during August 1 – September 25, 2025, and receive double EcoCredits.

4.2. After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

5. General Terms

5.2. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Guam, island regions, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

5.3. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

5.4. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

5.5. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

5.6. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

5.7. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

5.8. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.9. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

5.10. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

5.11. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

5.12. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
