1.Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Early Prime Day Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 22, 2026. For the applicable period of Flash Sale offers, please refer to Section 6: Limited-Time Flash Sale.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of June 8, 2026 PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
3. Free Gift Offer
A. During the Promotion Period, all customers who place a single order over $300 will receive a free Waterproof Picnic Blanket ($49) or Handbag ($19) (assigned at random). All customers who place a single order over $500 will receive a 45W Solar Panel ($99). All customers who place a single order over $1,500 will receive a 110W Solar Panel ($259). All customers who place a single order of over $2,500 will receive a 220W Solar Panel ($419). All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order. This offer applies to all products except the DELTA 3 Ultra Series, the DELTA 3 Ultra Plus, and RAPID Series.
B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.
C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.
D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

1. Limited-Time Flash Sale

A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the Prime Day Sale promotion page (https://ca.EcoFlow.com/pages/prime-day). Jun 8, 12:00 AM – Jun 9, 11:59 PMJun 12, 12:00 AM – Jun 14, 11:59 PMJun 17, 12:00 AM – Jun 18, 11:59 PMJun 21, 12:00 AM – Jun 22, 11:59 PMB. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased after the Flash Sale ends are not eligible for price matching.C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the entire flash sale. If there is any information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number, etc.) of two or more orders matches in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed as placed by the same individual and the accounts placing the orders will be considered as controlled by the same individual. 7. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
A. Orders placed on ca.EcoFlow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
B. If a lower price is found on ca.EcoFlow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@EcoFlow.com for a price adjustment.
C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.EcoFlow.com only. The lower price must be for the identical product on ca.EcoFlow.com.
E. This price match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantity items, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers.
8. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (the minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

9. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
C. Coupons are valid only for customers in Canada and may only be used on ca.EcoFlow.com.
D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
