Currently, ca.ecoflow.com supports 3 payment methods: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Affirm. Available payment methods may vary depending on your order and eligibility and will be displayed at checkout.
1. PayPal
After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal login page to complete the transaction. To proceed, you need to:

Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.

2. Credit/Debit Card
You can pay directly with an accepted credit or debit card at checkout. We accept Visa, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and UnionPay.

3. Affirm
Affirm is a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service. After selecting Affirm at checkout, you will be redirected to Affirm's website to complete your application and confirm your payment plan. Financing is subject to eligibility and credit approval. A credit check may be performed. Installment terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules vary based on your credit assessment and are subject to applicable Canadian law. Rates and terms vary by province. All payments are subject to authorization and verification by the applicable payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution. EcoFlow reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized or verified, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

Refunds Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. For purchases made using an installment or BNPL service, refunds are also subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and processing procedures. Taxes Applicable sales taxes and other charges, if any, will be calculated based on your order and shipping destination and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
