The EcoFlow Valentine's Day Sale (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on February 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on February 15, 2026
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all C.A. residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of February 2, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.
Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
3. Tiered Discount Offer
A. During the Promotion Period, place a single order over $3,500 USD to receive a 5% discount on your entire order.
B. Exclusions :The “Spend & Save” promotion is exclusive to the official online store. and does not apply to Flash Sales, Recommended accessories, Member-only products, App-only items, Gift Cards, Turnkey Installation Service, or the Power Kits, DELTA Pro , DELTA 3 Max, DELTA Pro Ultra, DELTA Pro Ultra X Series, Smart Home Panel 3, Smart Gateway, and DELTA Pro Series (including stand-alone and bundle units), and all power banks. 4. Member Spin-to-Win Activity Terms
A. Eligibility
This activity is open to all registered EcoFlow members who hold a valid account on ca.ecoflow.com. Users must be logged into their account to participate.
B. Participation Method
i. Daily Chance: Each registered member is entitled to one free spin per day during the Promotion Period (February2 – February 15, 2026).
ii. Reset Rule: Daily spins reset at 12:00 AM PST and cannot be accumulated or transferred.
C. Prize Pool & Probability
Specific details are subject to the system display. The probabilities are as follows：
i. EcoFlow Membership Points: Participants have the chance to win 10 EcoFlow Points (65% probability), 20 EcoFlow Points (25% probability), or 50 EcoFlow Points (9.76% probability). These points will be automatically credited to the winner's registered EcoFlow member account.
ii. Accessory Discount Coupon: There is a limited selection of $20 OFF Coupons (0.2% probability) available. This coupon is valid only for the purchase of Accessories with a minimum order value of $100 USD.
iii. Physical Grand Prizes: Extremely lucky participants may win a 110W Solar Panel ( 0.02% probability) or a RIVER 3 Pro (0.02% probability). These physical prizes will be issued in the form of a $0 redemption coupon code.
D. Activity Rules
i. Prize Distribution:Physical Prizes (RIVER 3 Pro, 110W Solar Panel): After winning, the prize will be issued to the user's account in the form of a $0 redemption coupon. Users must redeem the prize by placing an order using the coupon before it expires on March 31, 2026. Otherwise, it will be deemed invalid. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate to ensure smooth delivery
Discount Coupons ($20 OFF for Accessories): After winning, the coupon will be automatically issued to the user's account and will expire on March 31, 2026. The applicable scope is subject to the instructions on the coupon. Unused coupons will expire automatically after the validity period.
EcoFlow Points: After winning, the points (10, 20, or 50 points) will be credited directly to the user's EcoFlow member account in real-time
ii. Eligibility Verification: The system will conduct real-time verification of the participant's membership status.If a user is found to have violated the rules, such as malicious registration, creating multiple accounts to gain extra spins, or other fraudulent activities, their winning eligibility will be revoked, and the prizes already issued will be recovered.
iii. Prize Restrictions: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No installation service is provided for physical prizes, and after-sales service follows EcoFlow's official standards.
iv. Prize Substitution: If the inventory of physical prizes in the prize pool is insufficient, EcoFlow reserves the right to replace them with products of equal or higher value without prior notice. If gift cards or discount coupons cannot be issued due to system reasons, equivalent prizes will be provided as a substitute.
v. Result Explanation: Each spin result is randomly generated by the system and cannot be modified once confirmed. If a spin fails due to technical issues such as network delay or equipment failure, users can try again after the issue is resolved, and no additional participation opportunities will be deducted.
vi. Final Terms: To the extent permitted by law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this activity and holds the final interpretation right of the activity rules. Participation in this activity indicates that the user agrees to abide by these terms and other activity-related regulations issued by EcoFlow officially.
5. Membership Benefits
A. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Log in

B. Member points redeemable for cash up to 5% off

C. Subscription Benefits
All subscribing users will receive a subscription coupon package with benefits of "5% OFF and over $1000 discount on orders over $10,000". Notably, the discount codes included in the package shall not be stackable for combined use (details subject to email notification). The campaign prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
D. Limited-time Member Prices

ii. Limited-time members-only prices do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
6. Limited-Time Flash Sale on Selected Products
A. A limited-time flash sale on selected products will run from 12:00 AM PST on February 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on February 15, 2026. (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/valentines-day-power-sale).
B. Selected flash sale products are limited in quantity and available for the promotion period. Sales stop when the products are sold out. If selected products remain unsold after the promotion period, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two units of selected flash sale products during the promotion. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
D. Selected flash sale products do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
7. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
A. Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
B. If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.
C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for the identical product on ca.ecoflow.com.
E. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers.
8. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

9. Coupon Terms
A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended accessories, Member-only products, App-exclusive items, Gift Cards, RAPID Series, and DELTA Pro Ultra X Series. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time ( (12:00 AM PST on February 2, 2026 - 11:59 PM PST on February 15, 2026) and while supplies last.
To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
C. Coupons are valid only for U.S. customers and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.
D. Coupons are for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
G. Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
H. Only one coupon code can be applied to an order, and such benefit cannot be used with the Extra Discount as defined above.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
