1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Outdoor Season promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on July 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 15, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada. who are 18 years or older as of July 4, 2026 PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, or Quebec.
C. Limited-Time Flash Sale
A. Flash Sale offers are valid only during the promotional periods listed below on the Prime Day Extended Deals promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/outdoor-sale).

B. Flash Sale items are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Flash Sale pricing ends when the promotional period expires or when the item sells out, whichever comes first. Products purchased after the Flash Sale ends are not eligible for price matching.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the whole flash sale. If any information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number, etc.) of two or more orders matches in any aspect, the orders involved will be deemed as placed by the same individual and the accounts placing the orders will be considered as controlled by the same individual. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
5. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend ("Referees", Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
B. Referees will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products. This coupon is not valid on Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, and App-only selections.
C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, circumstances beyond EcoFlow's reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law.
D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a qualified referee are not counted as additional qualified referrals.
E. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored. If the referrer and referee share the same IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or by intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

6. Coupon Terms
1. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, APP-only selections.
2. During the Promotion Period, eligible customers may receive 5% off a single order with a subtotal of CAD $2,000 or more. This offer applies only to qualifying products and cannot be combined with any other coupon unless expressly stated. The order subtotal is calculated before taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.
3. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
4. Coupons are valid only for orders with a shipping address in continental Canada and may only be used on ca.EcoFlow.com.
5. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
6. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
7. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
7. General Terms

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotiononly where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained, except as required by applicable law. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
K. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors, except as required by applicable law.
M. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation) arising from or in connection with the promotion.
N. All matters relating to this promotion and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of British Columbia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
O. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
