1. Promotional Period​
The Ecoflow Early Black Friday Sale (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PST on November 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on November 19, 2025.​
2. Eligibility​
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of November 3, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").​
In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits, etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim, as well as proof of your identity.​
Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion. ​
3. Black Friday Exclusions:

4. Free Gift Offer​
A.During the Promotion Period, each eligible single order is entitled to one corresponding gift only (gift offers cannot be stacked). During the Promotion Period, the gift rules are as follows:​
◦Place a single order of $500 - $3,000 (excluding DELTA 3 Max/DELTA Pro Ultra X/DELTA 3 Ultra standalone units and DELTA Pro/DETLA 3 Air Series) to receive a free 45W Solar Panel (value $139).​

B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.​

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.​
5. Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity Terms​
A. Eligibility​
This Subscription Spin-to-Win Activity is open to users who have completed the official designated subscription of EcoFlow (e.g., official email list, member subscription service) and hold a valid account on ca.ecoflow.com. Users must maintain a valid subscription status; cancellation of the subscription will result in the loss of eligibility to participate in the activity and claim prizes.​
B. Participation Method​
◦ Participation Requirement: After users complete the designated subscription process and pass system verification, they will receive one free spin of the prize wheel. Whether additional spins can be obtained through other methods during the activity period shall be subject to the real-time prompts on the activity page.​
◦ Operation Rules: Once a spin is initiated, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn, and the system will display the winning result in real time. Each individual, valid account, and subscribed email may only participate in one basic spin (additional spins excluded). Participation via multiple accounts or email addresses will result in disqualification.​

E. Activity Rules​
◦ Prize Distribution:​
Physical Prizes (TRAIL 200 DC, 220W Solar Panel): After winning, the prize will be issued to the user's account in the form of a $0 coupon. Users must redeem the prize by placing an order at the price of $0 using the coupon within its validity period—the coupon expires on December 31, 2025; otherwise, it will be deemed invalid. Please ensure that the delivery address, contact information, and other account details are complete and accurate to ensure smooth delivery.​
Gift Cards: After winning, the prize will be sent to the user's registered email and account in the form of an electronic redemption code. The validity period of the redemption code is subject to the instructions on the card. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no change will be given​
◦ Discount Coupons:
After winning, the coupon will be automatically deposited into the user's account. Users can check it in "My Coupons". The validity period and applicable scope are subject to the instructions on the coupon. Unused coupons will expire automatically after the validity period​
◦ Eligibility Verification:
The system will conduct real-time verification of the participant's subscription status. If a user is found to have violated the rules, such as canceling the subscription, a fake subscription, or malicious registration, their winning eligibility will be revoked, and the prizes already issued will be recovered.​
◦ Prize Restrictions:
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No installation service is provided for physical prizes, and after-sales service follows EcoFlow's official standards. ◦ Prize Substitution:

◦ Result Explanation:

8. Limited-Time Flash Sale on Selected Products​
◦A limited-time flash sale on selected products will run from 12:00 AM PDT on November 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on November 19, 2025, on the black friday promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/black-friday).​
◦Selected flash sale products are limited in quantity and available for the promotion period. Sales stop when the products are sold out. If selected products remain unsold after the promotion period, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.​
◦Each participant can purchase up to two units of selected flash sale products during the promotion. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. 9. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee​
◦Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.​
◦ If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.​
◦For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.​

10. Refer Your Friends​
◦When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.​
◦Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products. ​
◦The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.​

11. Coupon Terms​
◦Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories. Coupons are only valid for a limited amount of time (November 1 – December 8, PST) and while supplies last.​
◦To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.​
◦Coupons are valid only for customers in Canada and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.​
◦ Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit. ​
◦ Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.​

12. General Terms​
◦ Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.​
