A. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Prime Day Extended Deals promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 27 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 3, 2026.
B. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of June 27 2026 PDT (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.
C. Free Gift Offer
1. During the Promotion Period,

8. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
D. Membership Benefits

3. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.
4. EcoCredits offset: During the Promotion Period, members may utilize their existing EcoCredits as a cash offset during checkout. Every 20 EcoCredits equates to a $1 discount, with a maximum offset limit of 5% of the order value. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons. F. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee
1. Orders placed on ca.EcoFlow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.
2. If a lower price is found on ca.EcoFlow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@EcoFlow.com for a price adjustment.
3. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.
4. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.EcoFlow.com only. The lower price must be for the identical product on ca.EcoFlow.com.
5. This price match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited quantity items, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale, or any paid membership club offers.
G. Refer Your Friends
1. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
2. Referees will receive a 5% off coupon valid on selected EcoFlow products. The coupon cannot be combined with other discounts and is not applicable to Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, APP-only selections, and all DELTA 3 Classic, DELTA 3 Plus, DELTA 3 Max, and DELTA 3 Ultra Plus products.
3. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (the minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
4. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
5. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

H. Coupon Terms
1. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding Flash Sale items, Recommended Accessories, Power Kits, Gift Cards, APP-only selections, and all DELTA 3 Classic, DELTA 3 Plus, DELTA 3 Max, and DELTA 3 Ultra Plus products.
2. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
3. Coupons are valid only for orders with a shipping address in continental Canada and may only be used on ca.EcoFlow.com.
4. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
5. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
6. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

3. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotiononly where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
4. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
5. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
6. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
7. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
8. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
11. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
12. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
13. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
14. EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any issues (including but not limited to eligibility determination, rule interpretation) arising from or in connection with the promotion.
