Promotional Period

The EcoFlow ”More Backup. Total Protection“ promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Sep 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Sep 14, 2025.
Eligibility

This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of Sep 1, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").
1. 24-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale
A. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM(PDT) to 11:59 PM(PDT) on Sep 1 and Sep 4, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).
B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.
C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.
D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.
2. 48-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale  

A. A 48-hour flash sale will run from 12:00 AM (PDT) Sep 8 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sep 9 and 12:00 AM (PDT) Sep 13 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Sep 14, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).  

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.  

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3.Extra Discount

A. During the promotion period as defined above, customers who place an order with a subtotal value of between $2,500 and $5,500 can apply for a 5% extra discount; orders with a subtotal value of and above $5,500 can apply for a 7% extra discount. "Subtotal Value" here means pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price), except that when the product price includes tax, the subtotal value will be tax-inclusive. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart can be relied upon. "Final Price" here means the final subtotal value after the Extra Discount if the order is eligible.

B.The Extra Discount is only available on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com). For orders placed on the official EcoFlow website, the Extra Discount will be automatically applied to eligible orders.

C. The extra discount does not apply to DELTA Pro 3 and its bundles, DELTA Pro Ultra and its bundles, flash sale items, app-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, gift cards, or recommended accessories.

D. Extra Discount is non-stackable, non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

E. Subject to EcoFlow's return policy Return & Refund policy, if a refund is requested, orders placed during the promotion period will be refunded based on the actual amount paid.

4. EcoCredits Spin-to-Win

A. This Spin‑to‑Win activity is open to registered EcoFlow Points members with a valid account on ca.ecoflow.com. Participants must have sufficient EcoCredits to participate, with 1,000 EcoCredits required for each spin, and each participant may spin up to two (2) times per day per email address.

B. Members can use their EcoCredits to spin the prize wheel during the Promotion Period. Once initiated, spins cannot be canceled or refunded. The EcoCredits used will not be returned regardless of the outcome.

C. All spin-to-win prizes are awarded randomly and are limited in quantity. During the Promotion Period (Sep 1–14, PDT), available prizes include:

i. TRAIL 300: 1 unit, valued at $349.99 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.

ii. RAPID Pro (27,650mAh): 1 unit, valued at $249.99 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.

iii. 160W Solar Panel: 1 unit, valued at $599 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.

iv. 220W Solar Panel: 1 unit, valued at $899 CAD, with a winning probability of 0.02%.10% Off Solar Panel and Extra Battery Coupon: 200 units, with a winning probability of 3.84%; valid for use on solar panels and extra batteries only.

v. 5% Off Coupon: 5,000 units, with a winning probability of 96.08%; not applicable to flash sale items, recommended accessories, power kits, gift cards, app-only items, or members-only products.   

Prizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

B. All physical prizes are subject to stock availability and are limited to the quantities listed in Clause c. Once the total number of prize claims exceeds the limits specified, a 5% off coupon code will be issued as a replacement. Coupon rewards are subject to separate coupon terms and conditions (see Coupon Terms). EcoFlow reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

C. Physical prizes will be placed in the winner's account in the form of a coupon. After applying the coupon, the member can purchase the product at a price of USD 0. Ensure your account information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. Prizes (including coupons and EcoCredits) are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

D. Prize Redemption Period:

i. Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize.

ii. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification.

E. Each spin is considered final. EcoFlow is not responsible for any network issues, system errors, or other technical problems that affect participation. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the activity will result in disqualification. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the activity at any time, as permitted by law. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and EcoFlow’s final interpretation of the activity.

5. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

A. Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com between Sep 1 and Sep 14, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

B. If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

C. For orders that include a free gift, the price cannot be matched to the same item(s) without the gift. Any price difference will be calculated after deducting the value of the gift, based on its sale price on ca.ecoflow.com during this Promotion Period.

D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on ca.ecoflow.com.

E. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

6. Coupon Terms

A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, gift card offers, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

C. Coupons are valid only for Canada customers and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.

D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

E. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

7. Membership Benefits

A. Earn EcoCredits for Registration and Log in 

During the Promotion Period, users who register and log in for the first time will receive 500 EcoCredits. Create a free account here: https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/register?redirect=https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/ecocredits.

B. EcoCredits offset 

During the Promotion Period, members may utilize their existing EcoCredits as a cash offset during checkout. Each 20 EcoCredits equates to a $1 discount, with a maximum offset limit of 5% of the order value. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons. The cash-offset feature is not applicable to the following items: flash sale items, app-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories. If an order is fully refunded, the EcoCredits used will be returned to your account. The used EcoCredits will not be returned if the order is partially refunded. C. Multiple EcoCredits

During the Promotion Period, members who purchase web exclusive products (including DELTA Pro Ultra + Smart Home Panel 2 + DELTA Pro Ultra Extra Battery and DELTA 2 Max + NextGen 220W Portable Solar Panel × 2) from ca.ecoflow.com will receive 3× EcoCredits. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after applying for any discounts). The final participating web-exclusive products are subject to those listed on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

D. Limited-time Member Prices

Some products enjoy member prices from Sep 1 to Sep 14, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.The products participating in the event cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.
8. Refer Your Friends
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

B. Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.

C. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

D. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

E. If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the Return & Refund policy.

F. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

G. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

9. General Terms
A. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

M. Ecoflow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

N. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

O. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
