Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Halloween promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on Oct 16, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on Oct 31, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of Oct 16, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

48-Hr Limited-Time Flash Sale  

A. A 48-hour flash sale will run from 12:00 AM (PDT) Oct 17 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 18, 2025, from 12:00 AM (PDT) Oct 20 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 21, 2025, from 12:00 AM (PDT) Oct 23 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 24, 2025, from 12:00 AM (PDT) Oct 27 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 28, 2025, and from 12:00 AM (PDT) Oct 30 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on Oct 31, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/halloween-sale).   

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 48 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 48 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.  

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

3-Hr Limited-Time Midnight Flash Sale  

A. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM(PDT) to 03:00 AM(PDT) on Oct 19, 2025, from 12:00 AM(PDT) to 03:00 AM(PDT) on Oct 22, 2025, from 12:00 AM(PDT) to 03:00 AM(PDT) on Oct 25, 2025, and from 12:00 AM(PDT) to 03:00 AM(PDT) on Oct 29, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/halloween-sale).   

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 3 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 3 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.

Free Gift Offer  

A. During the Promotion Period (October 16–31, PDT), customers will receive a free gift based on their order value:Spend $2,000 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow NextGen 220W Portable Solar Panel, (valued at $849 CAD ).  

B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.Only one promotional gift is allowed per order, per customer, and per address during the Promotion Period. Cannot combine with low-tier gift.If you place more than one order with us during the Promotion Period, you will only receive the gift for your first order, unless otherwise stated. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.   

C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-upgradable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.   

D. Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the Ecoflow online store at, ca.ecoflow.com. 

E. The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.  F. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com).  

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee

Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com between Oct 16 and Oct 31, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee. If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.For orders that include a free gift, the price cannot be matched to the same item(s) without the gift. Any price difference will be calculated after deducting the value of the gift, based on its sale price on ca.ecoflow.com during this Promotion Period.This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on ca.ecoflow.com.This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

Coupon Terms

A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, gift card offers, Power Kits, recommended accessories, New DELTA 3 Series, and New DELTA Pro Ultra X Series.

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.Coupons are valid only for Canada customers and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.

C. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Membership Benefits

B. Limited-time Member PricesSome products enjoy member prices from Oct 16 to Oct 31, 2025, on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/halloween-sale). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.During the Promotion Period, members who purchase member price products from ca.ecoflow.com will receive 2× EcoCredits. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after applying for any discounts). The final participating web-exclusive products are subject to those listed on the Promotion Period page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/halloween-sale)After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.The products participating in the event cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

Check-in Campaign  

A. Campaign Period: The Check-in Campaign will be launched from 12:00 AM (PDT) October 16, to 11:59 PM October 22, 2025. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.  

B. Mechanics: Daily Check-in: A participant may manually check in once per calendar day (PDT) on the EcoCredits page.Consecutive Check-in Target: Five (5) daily check-ins within the Check-in Period. Up to one (1) missed day may be cured only through the Unconditional Make-up Check-in described in Section

C.Reward Issuance: Upon completion of the fifth eligible check-in (after applying any make-up), a single-use 10% off discount coupon will be automatically deposited into the participant’s EcoCredits wallet within five (5) minutes.This coupon is valid until 11:59 PM PDT October 31, 2025.Use of this coupon is subject to all provisions set forth in Section 6 (Coupon Terms).  

D. Unconditional Make-up Check-insEach participant may redeem up to one (1) “make-up” check-ins at any time during the Check-in Period without condition or points cost.Make-ups must be executed through the same EcoCredits check-in interface; each redemption instantly marks the missed calendar day as completed. Make-ups may be applied to any two missed days, consecutive or non-consecutive, but cannot create more than one check-in per calendar day.Unused make-ups automatically expire at 11:59 PM PDT October 22, 2025; no cash or credit will be given for unused make-ups.EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke any make-up check-in subsequently found to have been obtained through fraudulent or technical means.

Referral Program

A. During the Promotion Period (October 23–31, PDT), when your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 8% of the order value in cash. Your successfully referred friends will also receive an 8% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.    

B. Referrers can get 8% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.    

C. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.    

D. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.    

E. If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the Return & Refund policy.    

F. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.     

G. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

General Terms

A. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

B. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.  This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

M. Ecoflow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

N. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

O. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper channels.
