Promotion Period

The EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra X Super Early Bird Campaign runs from Oct 13 to Nov 2, 2025 PST. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra X will officially launch on Nov 3, 2025 PST.

From Oct 13, 2025 to Nov 2, 2025, you can subscribe via the product page by entering your email to receive the latest updates on the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing emails from EcoFlow and accept the privacy policy and terms of use.

The Smart Home Panel 3 and Smart Gateway is currently not available in Canada. Please refer to the product page for the latest availability information.

To enable whole-home backup power, the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series must be used with the Smart Home Panel 3 and Smart Gateway to integrate with the home’s electrical system. The Smart Home Panel 3 and Smart Gateway are sold separately and are not currently available in Canada.

Early Bird Benefits

From Oct 13 to Nov 2, 2025 PST, you will get the following benefits:

Benefit 1: From Oct 13 to Nov 2, 2025 PST, customers who purchased $500 deposit will get $1000 off when completing the balance payment from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST.

* Each customer is limited to one deposit purchase, each deposit entitles the customer to a one-time $1,000 discount, which is valid only when completing the balance payment between Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST, claim the discount by signing up with same account you use to pay the deposit.

* The $1,000 discount will be automatically applied at checkout when customers who paid the deposit place an order for the DELTA Pro Ultra X Series from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST.

* If a customer does not complete the balance payment by Nov 30, 2025 (PST), the $500 deposit will be automatically refunded to the original payment account after this date.

Benefit 2: Exclusive Perk

1) During Oct 13 to Nov 2, 2025 PST, when you purchase $500 deposit and successfully pay for the balance of DELTA Pro Ultra X Series from Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST, you will get a free APP Service_Energy Master (1-year free trial). A gift code will be sent via email once you have successfully completed the balance payment. Once you register the device in the EcoFlow app, you may enter the gift code to add one additional year to the service validity period.

*The gift code will be sent via email. Each app user is limited to one gift code. The gift code is for one-time use only and is valid for 1 year starting from the day you activate it in the EcoFlow App. Unauthorized sharing of gift codes is strictly prohibited. EcoFlow reserves the right to invalidate codes and cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

*Limited perk is exclusively available to customers who lock in the offer with the deposit.

Benefit 4: Upgraded Financing Option

From Nov 3, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 PST, orders with Delta Pro Ultra X Series will get a 12-month interest-free financing at 0% APR when you pay with Affirm. Eligibility for this service is subject to Affirm's credit evaluation.

General Terms

The campaign is open to all users on ca.ecoflow.com who are Canadian citizens or residents and (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age before Oct 13, 2025 PDT to form a binding contract with EcoFlow.

EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.
EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.
Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.
There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
EcoFlow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase or offer redemption made 1) contrary to the terms of each offer, discount, promotion or coupon; 2) that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use; 3) that violates any applicable law; or 4) that we believe is fraudulent or made through improper.
