EcoFlow Prime Day Sale 2026: Portable Power Station & Solar Generator Deals

1. Promotional Period

The EcoFlow Black Friday Subscription Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on October 26, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on November 1, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the Promotion Period and have a valid shipping address in Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon.

3. Entry Requirements and Limitations

A. Eligible Participants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by submitting their email address through the designated Promotion page on EcoFlow’s official Canadian website at https://ca.ecoflow.com.

B. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase a Participant’s chances of winning.

C. Participants must provide accurate and valid information when entering the Promotion. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified, subject to applicable law.

D. Each individual may enter the Promotion only once, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts used. Multiple entries by the same individual are prohibited. EcoFlow reserves the right to verify Participant identity using reasonably available information and to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries, subject to applicable law.

E. By submitting an email address to enter the Promotion, Participants will be subscribed to EcoFlow marketing emails. Participants may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in EcoFlow marketing emails, subject to applicable law. Unsubscribing will not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise valid entry or forfeit a prize already won.

F. Any separate purchase-related offers are subject to their own applicable terms and conditions.

4. Prizes and Winner Selection

A. Prize 1 — DELTA 3 1000 Air

One (1) winner will receive one (1) DELTA 3 1000 Air, valued at CAD $559.

B. Prize 2 — GLACIER Classic 35L Portable Fridge Freezer

One (1) winner will receive one (1) GLACIER Classic 35L Portable Fridge Freezer, valued at CAD $699.

C. Prize 3 — EcoFlow RIVER 3 Max Portable Power Station

One (1) winner will receive one (1) RIVER 3 Max Portable Power Station, valued at CAD $449.

D. Each Participant may win no more than one (1) randomly awarded prize under this Promotion, regardless of the prize category. The 5% participation discount coupon described in Section 5 is a separate participation reward and does not count toward this one-prize limit.

E. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available in each category.

F. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law. EcoFlow may substitute a prize only where permitted by applicable law.

G. Potential winners must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements before prizes are awarded. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

5. Participation Reward

A. Each eligible Participant who successfully enters the Promotion will receive one (1) 5% discount coupon as a participation reward, subject to the applicable coupon terms. The coupon is valid from November 3, 2026, through December 7, 2026 (Pacific Time), inclusive. It cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or discounts, No minimum purchase amount or maximum discount amount applies.

B. The 5% participation discount coupon is separate from the randomly awarded prizes described in Section 4. It does not count toward the one-prize-per-Participant limit specified in Section 4(D). Receiving this coupon does not guarantee that a Participant will win a randomly awarded prize.

C. Eligible products, the coupon validity period, and restrictions on combining the coupon with other offers will be specified in the applicable coupon terms.

D. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the 5% participation discount coupon is not redeemable for cash and may not be sold or transferred. Restrictions relating to cancellations, returns, refunds, and coupon use will be governed by the applicable offer terms.

6. Winner Announcement, Notification, and Prize Delivery

A. Winners will be selected at random on November 2, 2026, and notified by email on the same date using the email address provided at entry. The winner notification email will include the applicable prize details and instructions for claiming or redeeming the prize.

B. The list of winners of physical prizes will be published on the official EcoFlow Black Friday sale page. Winners’ email addresses will be masked to protect their privacy.

C. Winners will receive instructions by email on how to claim or redeem their prizes. No reply to the winner notification email is required unless otherwise specified in the email. 

D.  Redemption instructions, shipping arrangements, and estimated delivery timelines for physical prizes will be specified in the winner notification email. EcoFlow will cover standard shipping and delivery costs for physical prizes. However, winners with shipping addresses in remote areas may be required to pay additional shipping surcharges, where applicable. Any such charges will be communicated to the winner before shipment.

E. Physical prizes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases involving product quality issues, subject to applicable law. No other returns, exchanges, or after-sales services will be provided for physical prizes, except as required by applicable law.

F. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from receipt of a prize, to the extent required by law. EcoFlow may request tax documentation where legally required.

7. Privacy and Marketing Communications

A. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and arrange prize delivery in accordance with EcoFlow’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

B. Marketing email subscription and unsubscribe terms are set out in Section 3(E). Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise valid entry or forfeit a prize already won, subject to applicable law.

C. EcoFlow will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

D. EcoFlow marketing communications will comply with applicable laws, including requirements concerning sender identification, commercial email disclosures, and unsubscribe requests.

8. General Terms

B. Prize delivery is subject to EcoFlow’s Canadian Shipping Policy. EcoFlow does not ship prizes to addresses in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Certain postal codes in eligible provinces may be classified as remote areas under EcoFlow’s Remote Area Postal Code List. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to deliveries to these areas, and winners will be informed of any applicable charges before shipment.

C. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control, as permitted by applicable law. EcoFlow also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who engages in fraud, abuse, or other conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. EcoFlow’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion, eligibility determinations, and winner selection are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

E. Unauthorized, fraudulent, or manipulative activities, including duplicate or ineligible entries, may result in disqualification, subject to applicable law.

F. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

G. EcoFlow is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to technical issues, network transmission failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

H. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

I. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Participants agree to release EcoFlow from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize, except to the extent arising from EcoFlow’s willful misconduct or fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

J. EcoFlow reserves the right to interpret and administer these Terms & Conditions and resolve issues arising from or in connection with the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

K. All matters relating to this Promotion and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any claim relating to the Promotion must be brought in the Participant’s individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

L. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
