This product package does not include a data cable. To fully utilize the high-power output capabilities of this charger (up to 100W / 140W), it is recommended to use a high-power USB-C to USB-C cable that supports the USB-C PD3.1 protocol and features an E-Marker chip. It is advised to choose cables rated for 5A current and 20V voltage (such as those labeled 100W or 240W) to ensure a safe and fast charging experience.
This product is constructed with high-strength metal materials and a reinforced hinge design. The plug prongs have undergone multiple folding tests, demonstrating excellent durability. Under normal usage, frequent folding will not cause looseness or breakage, ensuring a stable connection and portability over the long term. To extend the product’s lifespan, it is recommended to avoid excessive force or angled operations when folding or unfolding.
This product can automatically detect the type of charging device and match the appropriate charging protocol. It adjusts the output voltage and current accordingly to ensure safe and reliable charging, reducing charging time. If the protocol is not compatible, the actual output will be lower than the maximum.

EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank officially launches on August 25, 2025. The EcoFlow RAPID Power Bank Series Launch Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "campaign period") runs from August 25, 2025, 12:00 AM (PDT) to September 7, 2025, 11:59 PM (PDT).
Eligibility of Participants
This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of August 25, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
Launch Benefits
Benefit 1: Double EcoCredits+ Free Gift in Purchase

D.For canceled/returned orders: all double EcoCredits will be fully reversed, and for orders over $79.99, the undamaged charger must be returned with the product; partial refunds (including price adjustments) will proportionally deduct EcoCredits, with failure to return the charger resulting in its value being deducted from the refund amount.
Benefit 2: Get More for Less
Discount increases with higher quantities of RAPID Power Bank Series products purchased.
A. 5-10 units purchased: 7% discount for all units; 11-20 units purchased: 9% discount for all units；10+ units purchased: 10% discount for all units. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
B. Only valid for the same product in the same order on our official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com). Cannot be combined with other promotions.
C. This discount can't be stacked with other coupons.
D. If you request a partial return, the applicable discount will be recalculated based on the remaining quantity. And the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Benefit 3: Refer for 5% Cash Back
A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.
B. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.
C. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.
D. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. EcoFlow may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.
E.If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the EcoFlow Return and Refund Policy.
F. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.
G. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

Coupon Terms
A. During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.
B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.
C. Coupons are valid only for customers in Canada and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.
D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
E. Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
