March 3rd Server Upgrade Announcement

We are upgrading our servers to provide a smoother experience for our users. Please note that the servers will be down during this upgrade from 2am—4am Eastern Time on March 3rd.

During this hour, functions that require an internet connection will not be available. These include: 

• App Functionality: App login and registration will not be possible. Direct connection will still function normally, excluding functions that require the internet.
• IOT Mode: Devices will all appear offline.
• Firmware updates.
