Eligibility

This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of Dec 25, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

Multiple EcoCredits

1. When purchasing products during the EcoCredits Monthly Madness, you can enjoy 2x EcoCredits for Members, 3x EcoCredits for PLUS Members (excluding Flash Sale products and Recommended Products).

2. You must log into your EcoCredits account first and ensure it's the same email as the one you placed an order with. If you haven't registered yet, you can sign up for a free account here.

3. Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the EcoCredits you received from that purchase. EcoCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.

Exclusive Flash Sale

1. EcoFlow EcoCredits Flash Sale will start at 9:00 AM (PST) on December 25, 2025, with subsequent flash sale beginning at 9:00 AM on December 27, December 29, and a final round on December 31, 2025.

2. EcoFlow will release Flash Sale items during EcoCredits Monthly Madness from Dec 25, 2025, 12 AM (PST) to Dec 31, 2025, 11:59 PM (PST).

3. You must log in to unlock Flash Sale deals.

4. Flash Sale products are only available in limited quantities. If the Flash Sale products are not sold out within 24 hours during the Flash Sale period, the Flash Sale will end, and no price guarantee service will be provided. Each person is limited to one EcoCredits Flash Sale purchase.Coupon codes can not be applied to any Flash Sale products.The EcoCredits earned during the EcoCredits Flash Sale will be added to the purchasing customers' account by 11:59 PM, Dec 31. Check-in Campaign

1. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all U.S. residents with a valid shipping address on the continental U.S. who are 18 years or older as of December 25, 2025 (here in after referred to as "Participants").

2. Campaign Details:
The Check-in Campaign will be launched during the EcoCredits Page. Participants can log in to the EcoCredits page and complete daily check-ins to earn EcoCredits.

3. Points Rewards:

Daily Check-in Reward: Participants will receive 100 EcoCredits for each successful check-in. Consecutive Check-in Bonus: Participants who complete 5 consecutive check-ins will receive an additional 500 EcoCredits.

4. EcoCredits Validity:
EcoCredits earned through check-ins will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

5. EcoCredits Redemption:
EcoCredits may be redeemed for discount coupons. For full details regarding redemption rules, please refer to the terms & conditions available on the EcoCredits page.

Redeeming EcoCredits Rewards

1. A limited number of EcoFlow merchandise will be available to purchase using EcoCredits during the sale.

2. All rewards, including coupons and physical items, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and non-refundable.

3. Specific rules for collection and usage apply. Please refer to the guidelines detailed on the coupon or gift page.

4. Rewards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after redeeming EcoCredits.

Free Gift Offer

1. During the Boxing Day Sale x EcoCredits Monthly Madness Promotion Period (Dec 25 – Dec 26, PST), each eligible single order is entitled to one corresponding gift only (gift offers cannot be stacked). The gift rules are as follows:

a. For EcoFlow Members Only: Spend $500 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow 45W Portable Solar Panel (valued at $139 CAD).

b. Spend $2,000 or more in a single order to receive an EcoFlow 110W Portable Solar Panel, (valued at $499 CAD).

c. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.

3. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.

4. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.

7. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Accessory Discount

1. Customers who purchase two (2) eligible accessories in a single order will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the subtotal of the eligible accessories only.

2. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or coupons.

3. EcoFlow reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

General

1. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

2. Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity arising out of, or in any way connected to, this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

3. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from this campaign or related to it in any way.

4. EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who use or have used improper means to participate in this campaign without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign, with any changes, adjustments, or terminations being announced on the online sales platform.
