Promotion Period

The EcoFlow Tornado Preparedness Offers promotion will begin at 12:00 AM PDT on May 29, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM PDT on June 8, 2025.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to all Canada residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada (Offers are not valid in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.) who are 18 years or older as of May 29, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

1. Limited-Time Flash Sale

a. EcoFlow will offer flash sale items from 12:00 AM (PDT) to 11:59 PM (PDT) on May 31 and June 3, 2025, and from 12:00 AM (PDT) on June 5 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on June 7, 2025, on the Tornado Preparedness Offers promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale).

b. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 24 hours. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 24 hours, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.

c. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 72 hours from June 5 to June 7; sales stop when the items are sold out, and if items remain unsold after 72 hours, the sale ends, and no price-match guarantee will be offered.

d. Flash sale items are not eligible for the 30-day price match guarantee.

2. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

a. Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com between May 29 and June 8, 2025, are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

b.If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and member price items), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.

c. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for identical product on ca.ecoflow.com.

d. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stoock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales,closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

3. Coupon Terms

a.During the Promotion Period, only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, APP-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.

b. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.

c. Coupons are valid only for Canadian customers and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.

d. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale orauction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

d.Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

f. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

4. Membership Benefits

a. Double EcoCredits

During the Promotion Period, members who purchase web exclusive products (lnclude DELTA Pro 3 + 500W Solar Kit (4 x 125W Solar Panel), DELTA Pro Ultra + Smart Home Panel 2 + Free DELTA Pro Ultra Trolley, DELTA 3 Plus + Extra Battery, DELTA Pro + Extra Battery, DELTA Pro + 500W Solar Kit (4 x 125W Solar Panel), DELTA 2 Max + 220W Solar Panel, DELTA 2 + 220W Solar Panel) from ca.ecoflow.com
will receive 2X EcoCredits (only for web exclusive products). After order
completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. The number of EcoCredits awarded will be calculated on the actual transaction amount paid by the member (i.e. the member price after applying any discounts). However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

b. Member Prices

i. Some products enjoy member prices from May 29 to June 8, 2025, on the Tornado Preparedness Offers promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/home-backup-sale). This offer applies to selected products, as indicated on the product page.

ii. Limited-time member price items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

c. Additional Terms and Exclusions

i. After order completion, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account.

ii. Flash sale items and recommended accessories are excluded from this promotion.

iii. The products participating in the event cannot be price matched, cannot be combined with coupons, or the mechanism of full discount and free gift.

5. Refer Your Friends

a. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 5% of the order value in cash! Your successfully referred friends will also receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on select EcoFlow products.

b. Referrers can get a 5% cash back on the referee's first purchase (through Referrers' referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order.

c. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.

d. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

e. If a product purchased through a referral link is returned or exchanged, it will follow the standard return and exchange procedures as outlined in the EcoFlow Shipping Policy. EcoFlow Shipping Policy

f. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.

g. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

6. General Terms

a. If you encounter any issues during the Promotion period, please contact us at support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

b. Delivery service is unavailable for orders shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

c. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion in cases of fraud or abuse.

d. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make fina interpretations regarding this promotion.

e. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.

f. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.

g. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

h. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

i. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.

j. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.

k. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.

l. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.

m. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.
