Sale Period
EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale runs from October 10, 2024, 12:00 AM (PDT), to October 13, 2024, 11:59 PM (PDT).

Eligibility of Participants
This sale is open to all individuals with a shipping address in Canada who are at least 18 years old before October 10, 2024 ("Participant").

Benefit Terms

1. Free Gift Benefit

(a) During the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale period as defined above, customers who place an order with a subtotal value of and above $2,000 will receive two extra free 110W Solar Panel, orders with a subtotal value of and above $3,500 will receive two extra free 160W Solar Panel. ("Free Gift Benefit") "Subtotal Value" here means pre-tax price(i.e., subtotal price), except that when the product price includes tax, the subtotal value will be tax-inclusive. The final subtotal price may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart can be relied upon.

(b) Free Gift Benefit only applies to orders placed on the official EcoFlow website(ca.ecoflow.com). When placing an order on the official EcoFlow website and relevant conditions are satisfied, free gift will be automatically added to the generated order.

(c) Free Gift Benefit will not apply to Flash Sale products.

(d)Free Gift Benefitis non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.

(e) Free gifts offered in the Free Gift Benefit enjoy 30-day after-sales service for quality issues.

(f) Subject to EcoFlow's return policy (ca.ecoflow.com)，If a refund is requested, orders placed during the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale period will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. Please note that free gifts must also be returned, otherwise, the refund can not be processed.

2. Flash Sale

(a) EcoFlow will hold two rounds of 24-hour Flash Sale during the Prime Day Fall Sale period, specifically, EcoFlow will launch Prime Day Fall Flash Sale products on the promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-day-fall)on October 10 and October 13 from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PMPDT ("Flash Sale").

(b)Flash Sale products are only available for 24 hours while supplies last. If inventories are not sold out within the 24-hour period after start of each round of Flash Sale, relevant Flash Sale will still be discontinued. No 30-day price guarantee will be offered for Flash Sale products.

(c) Each Participant is eligible to purchase a maximum of two (2) of each SKU in each round of Flash Sale.

(d) No coupon codes will be applied to Flash Sale products.

3. 30-day Price Guarantee

During the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale period as defined above, orders placed on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com) are eligible for a 30-day Price Guarantee. If you find a lower price than the actual price you paid before tax on the EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com) within 30 days from the time of your order (excluding Flash Sale products & recommended acc), you can contact us at support@ecoflow.com for a refund of the price difference.

4. Coupon Codes

(a)During theEcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale period as defined above, coupon codes are applicable to all products on the promotional page except EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra，Delta Pro 3，Delta 3 Plus and RIVER 3 related products, Flash Sale products, recommended acc, 12V battery and related accessories.

(b) Only one coupon can be used on an order and cannot be injunction with Extra Discountas defined above.

5.Membership Benefits

(a)During the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale period as defined above, products purchased on the EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com) will receive double EcoCredits.

(b) The member's EcoCredits account must be logged in to first, and shall be under the same email as the one used to place an order. Create a free account here: https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/register?redirect=https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/ecocredits. All EcoCredits will be credited to the member's account once the order is shipped. If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

(c) EcoCredits can be used for cash deduction when purchasing designated products on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com). For every 20 EcoCredits accumulated, members can reduce the order value by $1. The minimum number of EcoCredits required to apply for a discount is 100. The maximum discount allowed per product is restricted to 5% of its total value.

(d) The EcoCredits deduction will not apply to related accessories and Flash Sale products, and will not be stackable with Extra Discount as defined above.

6. Referral Program

(a) If a referrer successfully invites new registered users on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com), the referree will get 5% discount coupon and the referrer will get 100 EcoCredits, which will be capped at 3,000 EcoCredits per month ("Referral Program").

(b) Coupons received from the Referral Program can be applied only once and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. The coupons will expire in 30 days.
If a referree places an order within 30 days and the amount of the first order is not less than $299, the referrer will get a 5% cashback. Cashback is capped at $500 per order.

7. Cash Deduction

(a) Your EcoCredits can be used for cash deductions: 20 EcoCredlits = $1.

(b) You need to have more than 100 EcoCredits available.

(d) EcoCredits will be automatically returned after 1 hour if not successfudeducted

8. General

(a) If you encounter any problems during the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale, please contact support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

(b) Shipping is unavailable for outlying areas, including Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

(c) To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow may, at its sole discretion, amend these rules or cancel any promotion from time to time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

(d) Participants in the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this promotion.

(e) During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(d) The promotions are not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

(f) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(g) EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website(ca.ecoflow.com).

(h) All prizes (if any) in EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

(i) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

(j) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale.

(k) Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale or the Participant's entry into EcoFlow Prime Day Fall Sale.
