Sale Period
EcoFlow Black Friday Sale runs from November 21, 2024, 12:00 AM (PST), to November 28, 2024, 11:59 PM (PST).

Eligibility of Participants
This sale is open to all individuals with a shipping address in Canada who are at least 18 years old before November 21, 2024 ("Participant").

Benefit Terms

1. Free Gift Benefit
(a) During the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale period as defined above, customers who place an order with a subtotal value of between $600 and $1,999 will receive a free EcoFlow Power Hat. Orders with a subtotal value of $2,000 or over will receive a free EcoFlow 160W Portable Solar Panel. ("Free Gift Benefit") "Subtotal Value" here means pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price), except that when the product price includes tax, the subtotal value will be tax-inclusive. The final subtotal price may not meet the gift threshold if a discount code is used. The prompt displayed in the shopping cart can be relied upon.
(b) The Free Gift Benefit only applies to orders placed on the official EcoFlow website(ca.ecoflow.com). When placing an order on the official EcoFlow website and relevant conditions are satisfied, the free gift will be automatically added to the generated order.

(c) The Free Gift Benefit does not apply to Flash Sale products.

(d) The Free Gift Benefit does not apply to products in the 'Amazon DOTD section' .

(e) The Free Gift Benefit does not apply to DELTA Pro Series, DELTA Pro 3 Series and Smart Home Panel 2.
(f) The Free Gift Benefit is non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-discountable, and non-upgradeable.
(g) The free gifts offered in the Free Gift Benefit include a 30-day after-sales service for quality issues.
(h) Subject to EcoFlow's return policy (ca.ecoflow.com), if a refund is requested, orders placed during the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale period will be refunded based on the actual amount paid. Please note that free gifts must also be returned; otherwise, the refund can not be processed.(i) For EcoFlow's promotions on Amazon platform stores during the Black Friday Sale period, please go to Amazon platform stores below:

2. Flash Sale

(a) EcoFlow will hold two 24-hour Flash Sales during the Black Friday Sale period. Specifically, EcoFlow will launch Black Friday Flash Sale products on the sales page （https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/black-friday）on November 21, November 23, November 25, and November 27 from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM PST ("Flash Sale").

(b) Flash Sale products are only available for 24 hours while supplies last. If inventories are not sold out within the 24-hour period of each Flash Sale, relevant Flash Sales will still be discontinued. No 30-day price guarantee will be offered for Flash Sale products.(

c) Each Participant is eligible to purchase a maximum of two (2) products in each Flash Sale round.
(d) No coupon codes apply to Flash Sale products.

(e) The Free Gift Benefit does not apply to Flash Sale products.

3.30-day Price Guarantee
During the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale period as defined above, orders placed on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com) are eligible for a 30-day Price Guarantee. If you find a lower price than the actual price you paid before tax on the EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com) within 30 days from the time of your order (excluding Flash Sale products), you should provide relevant substantive evidence and contact us at support@ecoflow.com, after verification and confirmation, we will give you a refund of the price difference.30-Day Price Match Guarantee cannot be applied to Flash Sale products and Recommend Accessories.

4. Coupon Codes
(a) During the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale period as defined above, coupon codes apply to all products on the promotional page except Flash Sale products and recommended accessories.
(b) During the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale period as defined above, coupon codes are not applicable to EcoFlow RAPID Series related products, Flash Sale products and recommend accessories.

(c)Only one coupon can be used on an order.(d)Customers can choose between purchase-related discounts, other available discounts, or any otherbenefits they prefer to use. However, when another benefit is entered on the checkout page, the purchaserelated discounts will be deactivated or no longer apply.

5.Membership Benefits
(a) During the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale period as defined above, only 'Web Exclusive' section products on the promotional page purchased on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com) will receive double EcoCredits. No membership benefit will be available for purchasing other products.
(b) The member's EcoCredits account must be logged in first and shall be under the same email as the one used to place an order. Create a free account here: https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/register?redirect=https://www.ecoflow.com/ca/ecocredits. All EcoCredits will be credited to the member's account once the order is shipped. If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn.
(c) EcoCredits can be used for cash deduction when purchasing designated products on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com). For every 20 EcoCredits accumulated, members can reduce the order value by $1. The minimum number of EcoCredits required to apply for a discount is 100. The maximum discount allowed per product is restricted to 8% of its total value.
(d) The EcoCredits deductions do not apply to related accessories and Flash Sale products, and will not be stackable with Extra Discount as defined above.

6. Referral Program
(a) If a referrer successfully invites new registered users on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com), the referree will get 5% discount coupon and the referrer will get 100 EcoCredits, which will be capped at 3,000 EcoCredits per month ("Referral Program").
(b) Coupons received from the Referral Program can be applied only once and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. The coupons will expire in 30 days from the date of receipt.
If a referee places an order within 30 days and the amount of the first order is not less than $299, the referrer will get a 5% cashback. Cashback is capped at $500 per order.

7. General
(a) If you encounter any problems during the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale, please contact support@ecoflow.com for assistance.

(b) Shipping is unavailable for outlying areas, including Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

(c) To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow may, at its sole discretion, amend these rules or cancel any promotion from time to time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

(d) Participants in the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this promotion.

(e) During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(f) The promotions do not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.

(g) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will disqualify participants.Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(h) EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website (ca.ecoflow.com).

(i) All prizes (if any) during the EcoFlow Black Friday Sale are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

(j) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

(k) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to EcoFlow Black Friday Sale.

(l) Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to EcoFlow Black Friday Sale or the Participant's entry into EcoFlow Black Friday Sale.
