1. Promotional Period
The EcoFlow Prime Day Sale promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion Period') begins at 12:00 AM PDT on July 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 13, 2025.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is available to all Canadian residents with a valid shipping address in continental Canada who are 18 years or older as of July 7, 2025 (hereinafter being referred to as "Participants").

3. Free Gift Offer  

A. During the Promotion Period, members who place a single order over $600 will receive a gift. All gifts will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying order.  

B. Each order is eligible for one free gift only.  

C. Free gifts given during the Promotion Period are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-upgradable.  

D. The order value refers to the pre-tax price (i.e., subtotal price). If the product price includes tax, the order value will include tax.  

E. Free gifts will be automatically added to qualifying orders placed on EcoFlow’s official website (ca.ecoflow.com).  

F. The free gift offer is exclusively available on EcoFlow’s official website(ca.ecoflow.com). For Amazon purchases, please refer to the official Amazon store for applicable promotional policies. (Amazon store: EcoFlow Inc-CA)  

G. If you request a refund, it will be processed based on the actual payment amount. If you receive a free gift, it must be returned for the refund to be processed. Any free gift included with your order must be returned in its original condition if the main product is returned. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Membership Benefits

B. Multiple EcoCredits  During the Promotion Period, members who purchase from ca.ecoflow.com will receive 2× EcoCredits, while Plus members will receive 3× EcoCredits. After order completion and delivery of goods, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant's account. However, if a return occurs, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant's account.

C. EcoCredits offset  During the Promotion Period, members may utilize their existing EcoCredits as a cash offset during checkout. Each 20 EcoCredits equates to a $1 discount, with a maximum offset limit of 5% of the order value. This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons. The cash-offset feature is not applicable to the following items: flash sale items, app-only products, members-only products, Power Kits, and recommended accessories. If an order is fully refunded, the EcoCredits used will be returned to your account. The used EcoCredits will not be returned if the order is partially refunded. D. Limited-time Member Prices

ii. Limited-time members-only prices do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

5. Subscription Lucky Draw  

A. Campaign Period  The Subscription Lucky Draw Campaign period (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 18, 2025.   

B. Participation & Lucky Draw Entry  i. Participants can subscribe by filling in their email address in the subscription section on the event page. Subscribing successfully grants a Lucky Draw entry. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects. The lucky draw result will be emailed exclusively to the winners on July 25, 2025 (PDT).  ii. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Promotion, and a purchase will not increase chances of winning.  iii. Maximum one entry per entrant and per email address per campaign. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible.  

C. Rewards  i. All subscribing users will receive a subscription coupon package with benefits of "5% OFF and over $1000 discount on orders over $10,000" . Notably, the discount codes included in the package shall not be stackable for combined use (details subject to email notification). The campaign prize is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.  ii. The lucky draw prize is 1 folding wagon-cart (https://ca.ecoflow.com/products/folding-wagon-cart). There is only 1 winning spot, and the prize is valued at 169 CAD.  

D. Winner Notification & Prize Redemption  i. The winner will be notified via the registered email.   ii. Winners must complete address verification within 7 working days of receiving the notification; failure to do so will forfeit the prize. Prize shipment will occur within 15 working days after address confirmation.  iii. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.  

E. Delivery Restrictions  No delivery to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, or areas with local delivery limitations.  

F. General Terms

i. Ecoflow reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign at any time without prior notice.

ii. Ecoflow reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the Campaign.

6. 5-day Limited-Time Flash Sale  

A. 7-day flash sale will run from 12:00 AM (PDT) on July 7 to 11:59 PM (PDT) on July 13, 2025, on the EcoCredits Prime Day Sale promotion page (https://ca.ecoflow.com/pages/prime-day).  

B. Flash sale items are limited in quantity and available for 7 days. Sales stop when the items are sold out. If items remain unsold after 7 days, the sale ends, and no price match guarantee will be offered.  

C. Each participant can purchase up to two items during the flash sale. If order information (name, ID, email, shipping address, phone number) matches in any respect, it will be deemed as controlled by the same individual and considered as the same person. To ensure fairness, should we discover any user or person controlling multiple accounts violating the aforementioned purchase limit policy, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed the specified purchase limit and to take further action as necessary.  

D. Flash sale items do not qualify for the 30-day price match guarantee.

7. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee  

A. Orders placed on ca.ecoflow.com during the Promotion Period are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.  

B. If a lower price is found on ca.ecoflow.com within 30 days of the order date (excluding flash sale and members-only prices), participants can contact support@ecoflow.com for a price adjustment.  

C. For orders that include a free gift, the refund amount will be adjusted by subtracting the gift's value from the price difference.  

D. This Price Guarantee applies to purchases from ca.ecoflow.com only. Lower price must be for the identical product on ca.ecoflow.com.   

E. This price-match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundles, free items, customizable configurations, specialty products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-quantities, out-of-stock items, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, closeouts, discontinued, clearance, final sale or any paid membership club offers.

8. Refer Your Friends  

A. When your referred friend (Referees must not have registered for the EcoFlow EcoCredits Program before being referred) makes their first purchase (a successful purchase through your referral link) within 30 days of the referee signing up, you'll receive 100 EcoCredits and 5% of the order value in cash. The first order value must exceed $299. Referrers can earn at most a $500 cash reward for each referral order. You can refer to up to 20 people. The cash back rewards for the purchase referral will be issued to the referrer's account 30 days after the order is delivered.  

B. Your successfully referred friends will receive a 5% off coupon, which can be used on selected EcoFlow products.

C. The cash can be withdrawn when the minimum threshold is met (The minimum withdrawal threshold is $30.00. No more than 5 withdrawals in a single day). All the rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. EcoFlow may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.  

D. The referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the referrer alone to obtain qualified referrals; referrers are limited to one (1) qualified referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional qualified referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honored.   

E. If the referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person may receive a reward. EcoFlow may prohibit a referrer from participating in the program or receiving a credit or reward, at EcoFlow's sole discretion, if EcoFlow determines that such referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

9. Coupon Terms  

A. Only one coupon can be used on an order. Coupons are valid for all products, excluding flash sale items, Power Kits, and recommended accessories.  

B. To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to apply a coupon, purchase-related discounts, or other available offers, but purchase-related discounts will no longer apply when another discount is applied at checkout.  

C. Coupons are valid only for customers in Canada and may only be used on ca.ecoflow.com.  

D. Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.   

E. Once redemption of the coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.  

F. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

D. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.  

E. During the promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.  This promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.  

F. Unauthorized or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the promotion.  

G. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  

H. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms will be subject to EcoFlow's final interpretation.  

I. EcoFlow is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including, but not limited to, network transmission failures.  

J. EcoFlow is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by either party (including participants) due to actions or negligence related to the promotion.  

K. Participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims, including those arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable causes related to participation in the promotion.  

L. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
